– DRIFT MANIAC 7 Speed Freewheel For E-Bike 11-28T/11-34T Screw On Freewheel

I do a lot of combined Off & On road Moutain Biking. When on the road sections down hill I need more speed but on my standard sprockets I'm maxed out. Wow what a difference the 11t & 13t sprockets make but still have the large 34t sprocket for those big hills . On the standard sprockets set's that only go down to 14t sprocket, my MTB used to get ahead of my leg. My bike goes faster than my legs can pedal on those big down hill sections (on road). Now I can drop down another 2 gears. I get so much more speed & I can keep powering down those hills without my bike over taking me. The hills by me generally run out before I do. Just a No brainer if you get maxed out for speed as I was.

If you’re looking to upgrade from a 5/6 speed freewheel, make sure to check the width of your dropouts against the width of the wheel hub and this freewheel to avoid heartbreak or damage to the frame

Used to upgrade an ancheer e-bike. Combin d with the larger front wheel chain set I changed for a larger chain set this is a great combo and turns the ancheer sport into a great country lanes bike. No longer are my legs going too fast on the road. Fitted fine, just make sure you leave the washer that was behind the ancheer freewheel on when you add the new one. You’ll need to adjust your stops and indexing a bit but it’s easy enough to get it working.

Great replacement for my ebike very good quality

Used this to replace a Shimano 14-28 seven speed screw on. Worth noting that it’s almost identical in terms of spacings in relation to the wheel hub, but not quite. I got around this by adding a thin washer as a spacer on the wheel axle, but I guess you could also adjust the derailleur to compensate. The gear itself appears well made and behaves well when shifting up and down. The additional range compared with my old Shimano 14-28 is very noticeable (and welcome) as I often found myself unable to pedal fast enough to maintain high speeds on those occasions when either going downhill, or when I have a decent tailwind. Time will tell how durable it is, but so far so good.

Upaded review 3/3/24 ..... so have had one on my ebike for about 8 months and again it has started chain slipping and so got a new crain and same issue again! so went to remove it and it was stuck fast and the official tool i got from them to remove it actually broke meaning the free wheel was stuck on an expensive ebike motor wheel, bought a second tool and it broke also ( it really should not be this hard to remove )i resorted to pulling the freewheel apart to get to the internals to try and grip it and twist it off but no go it is stuck fast on the wheel ( never had this issue with shimano freewheels ) on the wheel rendering an expensive ebike unusable. So changing this to 1 star So far i have purchased 4 of these, they are unique as they are the only freewheel to have a 11t, however that seems to come at the life of the product, at most these seem to last about 5-6 months and it is the internal bearings that give out first creating a ton of movement that causes random shifting, that said while it works it was amazing. However I recently purchased another in Aug 2022 and right out the box it looked different and was faulty, after inspecting it it looks fine but after fitting to the bike all the gears work well apart from 5th gear ( 3rd from the largest ) where the chain would just skip over it, I thought well the chain is a good 8 months old and so replaced it with a brand new chain of the same size and still it would slide over the teeth of the sprocket in 5th gear , given that every other cog works well I am having to, return this one as out the box faulty

First, I am a novice skill level in bike repair!! 100 miles since I replaced my freewheel with DM 11 28! My Lectric XPeak is on a whole new level..performance greatly improved! Ich habe an meinem Falt E-Bike den Schraub-Zahnkranz (Freilau) von 14 bis 28 T gegen diesen 7fach Schraub-Zahnkranz von 11 bis 28 T ausgetauscht. Damit man auf gerade Strecke im 7. Gang keinen Leerlauf hat und es hat sich gelohnt. Für den Preis ist er nicht ganz billig, aber von der Qualität ist er gut und ich werde sehen wie es sich bewährt. Es gibt auch diesen Zahnkranz von 11 bis 34, aber ich finde den Sprung vom 6. auf den 7. Gang von 24 auf 34 zu groß, was zu Schaltproblemen führen kann oder man nimmt eine längere Kette. Mein Tipp, einen guten Freilauf Zahnkranz-Abnehmer verwenden und diesen mit dem Hinterrad in einen Schraubstock spannen und dann das Rad gegen den Uhrzeigersinn drehen, so geht das lösen ohne großen Kraftaufwand am besten.

A voir dans le temps, excellent pour le remplacement d'une roue libre e-bike 14/28. Pour le montage, compter 1h en prenant son temps. Permet d'obtenir une vitesse de pointe plus importante et plus de résistance au pédalage sur le dernier rapport.
