Considering relocating to Switzerland? This book is a must-have.

This book is a must-have for all expats, as it contains accurate information on nearly all aspects of relocating to Switzerland. Bought as a gift for best friend moving to Switzerland
I gave this three starts because it was bought as a gift for my best friend who is moving to Switzerland for work. I will update as she reads it and gets back to me!

Peccato che non ci sia un'edizione piu' recente
Libro assolutamente imperdibile per tutti coloro i quali si trasferiscono in Svizzera per lavoro e per viverci. Anche se sono i nostri "vicini di casa" ci sono una marea di peculiarità ' che e' meglio sapere prima di trasferirsi - dalle diverse norme dei cantoni a legislazione del lavoro, ai permessi. Una bibbia molto completa e scritta benissimo da un autore che chiaramente se ne intende e che tiene conto di tutti - ma proprio tutti!! - i quesiti degli expat. Consigliatissima. Peccato che l'ultima edizione si fermi al 2015. Sarebbe il caso di pubblicarne una un po' piu' recente, anche se il 90% delle info rimane comunque invariato.

Exhaustivo, muy útil, imprescindible.
Es un libro muy organizado, con una información exhaustiva y precisa sobre todos los aspectos del funcionamiento práctico de la vida en Suiza, enfocada para ser útil al extranjero que va a residir allÃ. La información es muy completa, práctica, legal, administrativa, de gestiones, de mentalidades, de usos y costumbres, con trucos del dÃa a dÃa. Incluye vÃas de ampliación de la información y las entidades o direcciones a las que dirigirse para la realización de los trámites y gestiones. Lo considero imprescindible para cualquier persona que vaya a residir a Suiza. No quiero imaginarme el esfuerzo que costarÃa buscar y organizar toda esta información por uno mismo.

Kindle issues
I’m sure this book is great, but it’s annoying to read it on the phone as this kindle edition is not kindle compatible.

Très pratique
Il me semble très complet sur bien des sujets, j'ai appris et confirmé beaucoup de choses. Cependant il manque une taxe annuelle : Serafe (taxe sur la consommation audiovisuelle, en gros 400CHF par an et impossible d'y échapper même si on a pas de TV).
