8 inch Exercise Ball - Easy to Inflate Pilates Ball for Core Workout & Physical Therapy

This ball was so nicely packaged with a thank you from the seller.... it was very easy to inflate with the included pump and holds the air without you needing to do anything. Sturdy and just right for my pt needs.

It uses pump to inflate. So we can control the pressure inside compared to other brands. The rubber material is soft and does not slip during exercise. It retains the air pressure.

I go to Silver Sneaker at the gym. There are balls available, but they never get cleaned, so I bring my own. This ball is the perfect size and because it has a "rough" surface it is easy to hold and doesn't slip out of my hands.

I love this little exercise ball. It comes with a pump and no plug needed, so very easy to fill. A very cute pink color. The ball did have a very strong odor for weeks. It still smells awful up close, but it's not filling the room up with a very chemical odor.

Let's start with the fact that it's my favorite color, purple. Now that we are past the cosmetic comments, I bought this ball for physical therapy that I can do at home as well as leg exercise. I searched for a long time for a small that ALSO came with a pump. So many do not have the pumps and I did not want to purchase it separately. I received my ball today and pumped it up. Now certain if I was doing it correct even though it does have an instruction manual so the video on Amazon was perfect. It was super easy to inflate and seems incredibly durable too. Thinking I may purchase another one for backup too! Love!

Has good grip. Has kept its air. 8” ball was hard to find-was needed for physical therapy…most were 9”. But this is just what therapist ordered!Was tricky to blow up. Comes flat and like most plastic/rubbery things they stick to itself. I did gently massage it apart as much as possible and after some fierce pumping it started to form a ball. I did pick this one because it does come with a pump - not a plastic straw you blow into! Love there there is no “plug”. - it is self sealing like a basketball.

This ball works perfectly for my PT exercises, so much better than a pillow! Very good quality, and I like that it doesn't require a plug once inflated. Would definitely purchase again.

It works for what I need it for. It stays inflated. It even survives my son playing with it as a basketball.

I am hoping that it will strengthen my knee.

I like this product. It’s good for what I need it for, for use as a barre ball, as it’s squishy and can fit behind my knee. I like that it comes with a pump. I still find that I lose air in the time it take to seal the hole. A little expensive for what you’re getting.

I use this a lot, for exercise, stretching, back support.Only issue is with trying to inflate it for he first time. Plastic stuck together so strong couldn’t get air into it. Hubby used air compressor from garage tool to start it off then I was able to get the needle in.

Item was not what I purchased. Advertised as no plug and won’t lose air …. Needle to inflate. This is not what I received. My pump does not require a needle and has a straw to inflate also. Ball does lose air as has a plug also.
