WOW! If you need a small water heater, BUY this one! Hot Water, GREAT customer service!
I had seen a couple of reviews by others, saying poor (or non-existent) customer service, low quality, didn't work, etc. But I was on a budget, in a hurry, and ordered it anyway. Took about 30 minutes to install (had to clean under my sink, first, LOL). Heater was great! hot water instantly, very satisfied. Then, about 6 months later, went to wash dishes, no hot water... checked all connections, power cord, everything looked OK, red light for HEATING was on, but nada. So, I went to work to get a warranty replacement. 7:29pm, Sunday, August 24, 2025 Sent message to seller telling them it went bad, requested replacement under warranty 8:06pm, Sunday, August 24, 2025 Received message from seller, requesting picture of heater 8:29pm, Sunday, August 24, 2025 Sent picture of heater to seller 8:48pm, Sunday, August 24, 2025 Received message from seller, instructing me to order replacement, and to let them know when the replacement was received; they would then issue a full refund. 6:20pm, Tuesday, August 26, 2025 Received replacement heater, sent message to seller * 6:58pm, Tuesday, August 26, 2025 Received message from Seller, full refund was issued. Now, I was in the retail auto parts business for many years, and I know that occasionally parts, gears, motors, etc. do go bad. Its not necessary poor quality, or poor quality control. Sometimes, S*** Happens. As I mentioned earlier in this review, I was very satisfied with the heater, instant hot water, worked great, happy with my purchase. But, S*** Happened.... I very seldom write reviews about purchases on Amazon, and even less often do I review customer service, mainly because I have not had any problems with customer service, either from Amazon or other sellers. But I had to write a VERY POSITIVE REVIEW on this product, and the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE from the seller! Just imagine, less than 48 hours to resolve the issue and have a warranted replacement in my hands! It don't get much better than that, folks!

A great heater if you only want it to last 2 years
I will give the perspective of somebody who has owned the heater for two years. It worked very well until the thermostat went out. I understand this is a big problem with some of the cheaper heaters, and it certainly was with this one. It essentially got locked into overheating the water, no matter what the temperature dial setting was. It ended up being a safety issue as it appears as the mechanisms that would shut the heater down were not working either, although I did not have a problem. The likely reason being it was operating badly for only 48 hours before I figured it out. I will now be replacing it with a higher quality heater with a better thermostat and better components.

Perfect Little Water Heater for My RV – Fast Heating & Reliab
Installed this in my RV a few weeks ago and it’s been great. Heats up quickly, keeps the water at a steady temperature, and the 2.5-gallon capacity is perfect for daily use like washing hands, dishes, or light cleaning. It doesn’t take up much space, and installation was straightforward – just hooked up the water lines and plugged it in. It stays secure while driving, with no leaks or movement. A solid choice for RVs, boats, or any small space.

good buy but read reviews before buying
Helps when you're in a pinch. read reviews first and purchased item. purchased it because I had to get for water line fixed. did not put dial all the way to hot. placed it a bit over half, and no issues with tripping the breaker and the water was warm you mildly hot good for a shower. this water heater worked as described but check reviews from other purchasers describing the unit tripping the breakers. I did not have that problem but I did use appliance/contractor grade cord. works going to install outside to give my dogs a warm water bath. overall I would say good investment. I understand from most reviews this companies customer service is horrible, really can't verify that but I don't expect this item to work past a year from what I read. just came in good when I needed it

Like it
I got a compact utility sink in my studio. The underneath space is very limit. The water heater perfectly fits in the cabinet under the sink. Heat fast with 110v. Easy to install. It also comes with a T connector. Nice product

Best Ever
I almost never write reviews unless I feel a product is exceptional. This item is exceptional. It does everything right. It’s easy to install, with no special power requirements, sized to fit easily under a sink, has simple controls needed to provide whatever temperature you require. I have mine under the kitchen sink. Before I got this unit, I had two choices to wash my hands. Either let the water run for a long time to let warm water arrive, or wash my hands in frigid water. Neither was acceptable. Now I simply turn on the hot water and within seconds I get the correct preset water temperature for hand washing. Nice! In my opinion, it is one of the best items I’ve ever purchased, and it’s only $100.

THE BEST spent time/money for a house project
I've done a lot of home improvement projects, but this is hands down the one that I'm grateful every single day for. My kitchen sink is on the opposite side of the house from the heater, it took 3 minutes of running the tap to get hot water. Now it takes 3 seconds! It's truly such a sanity saver! I've had this installed for about 2 years now, never had any leaks or issues with it. When I installed it, it was awkward to get it in cause it's bulky and I had to have an electrician add an outlet (on it's own breaker) under my sink. But no matter how much trouble it was, I'm so so in love with it. (If you have much else on the same breaker, other reviews have said that it will trip your breaker easily. So if you can, you should have it on it's own breaker) I really love that you can adjust the temperature depending on what you're using it for. I keep mine on just over medium for washing dishes, and I can make tea without needing it any hotter. If you turn it all the way up it would be about boiling so you don't have to boil water in a pan honestly 🤗. So it does a good job.

As advertised but bad hoses
The hoses that they supply are not to be trusted. They are very cheap, I used one of them but replaced the others with better quality. The one I used that came with it, burst and did a lot of damage. Otherwise Good solid product. Easy to install, the hoses they supplied didn't work with my fittings, but mine weren't standard fittings. I examined everything and ordered the hoses I needed. I purchased this because it took a long time for my kitchen water to get hot due to the long distance travelled under the house. It used 1.5gal of water before it got hot, that's a lot of hot water wasted everytime I rinsed my hands. So this 2.5gal unit worked perfectly, I set it for 125deg. I get instant hot water, and since it's using the hot water line, if I use more then 2gal I get the heat from the main tank. So a nice constant hot water source. I installed it with the house hot water going in and then out to the tap only. The dishwasher is still supplied by the main tank. I didn't want to run another 15amp line, so I used my dishwasher plug to power it. I purchased a very short inline extension switch, rated for the load. So I switch it off when not needed. The tank keeps the water hot for a long time and it only takes about 10 minutes to heat it anyway. It is the perfect solution, it's small and easy to install. No more washing my hands in freezing water in winter, no more wasted hot water. I wish it came with it's own on and off switch though. But that's an easy fix with a properly rated inline extension switch. Great product Bad hoses

Great for what it is!
The BIGGEST thing to remember folks is it’s ONLY 2.5 gallons. So the slower the flow, the hotter the water! And obviously, the longer the hot water lasts. We have it at 3/4 heat, and it’s actually quite hot. And if you don’t crank the tap wide open, it keeps up pretty good. We put this in at our seasonal cottage because we can remove it in the fall to prevent freezing. It took about 3 hours all in to install, including plumbing and electrical. Tested for 3 days, and love it! It’s enough for a normal batch of dishes, or to wash your hair, but that’s about it. And honestly, that’s all we need it for.

Almost started a fire
Worked well for a month or two… then we smelled something burning under the sink - it was this water heater. The wires overheated and started melting the plastic. Good thing we were home to catch it! Amazon reimbursed us, and said this product would be pulled. Beware.

These should be everywhere!
Seems to work well. My only minor criticism: -cord is very short -included brass splitter tested positive for lead with swab kit (NOTE: only detected lead in the brass tee - not detected in the tank stubs and overpressure valve) -no markings or data for the included hoses (not gping to use them, replaced with NSF certified for potable water) I would have preferred to have none of these questionable accessories and save maybe another 10 bucks, but despite these minor annoyances, it was very simple to get it hooked up and now I have hot water in 3 seconds - will buy another one for bathroom if this one lasts. I actually wish there was an even smaller, maybe 2L model though, with a flatter profile.
