I absolutely love this!! The glasses are a nice thick crystal with smooth etching. I love that the cubes are stainless steel instead of slate. We have slate cubes and my hubby doesn’t like the way it makes the whiskey taste. I do have to say tho, the outer layer of the box is not real wood. It’s a beautiful replica but it’s not the real thing. Our lid came to us completely cracked so I had to return it. The replacement was perfect! But because of the soft “wood” finish it can become easily damaged. I’d still recommend this tho! I’m giving it as a birthday gift and it’s getting REALLY hard to wait lol. I hope he loves it as much as I hope he does!!!

I ordered this Oct.8th it was delivered the next day..(our anniversary) Packaged well in a box & bubble wrap! Beautiful box with engraving the glasses are sturdy glass not cheaply made & beautiful etching! The smell of the cedar box was amazing as soon as he opened it! Just a perfect gift set for my husband he absolutely loves it!! It’s hard sometimes to find gifts for our husbands I highly recommend this gift set!

My husband is so hard to buy for. I googled Anniversary gifts ( our 43rd) This popped up. My hubby is a cognac drinking with a cigar a few times a week. The engraved poem was perfect. The glasses great quality and the entire box perfect. He absolutely loves it. Well worth the money..

Ordered this for me husband as a wedding gift and the first shipment arrived and the wooden box was broken in several places. The set itself was really cool though so I ordered a replacement and returned the damage one. Originally gave it three stars because the set itself is really nice, the box was just, well, broken.My updated review:Received a replacement for the damaged item and was very impressed by the response time from the seller and how quick the replacement shipped. It arrived still in perfect time to give to my husband. He absolutely loved it! It’s definitely a unique gift and classy at that. Was really impressed by the presentation of the set as a whole. My husband was finally able to use these as I gave them to him for our anniversary (crystal)They broke right in his hand when washing them.I would not recommend them as they can cause someone to get hurt.The seller resolved the issue immediately. The product is amazing and just the one glass was flawed. The other glass is fine. I have updated my review.

My husband is one of those guys that is hard to find gifts for. We have been together so long, he has pretty much whatever he has said he wanted. However, for our anniversary, I was determined to get him a gift he would like and want to use. When he opened the box and saw the steel ice cubes and really nice, heavy weight tumblers, from the look on his face I knew I found a good gift. This was the perfect gift for my husband for our 5th anniversary! He has recently gotten into whiskey and I wanted something for his refined taste.When we received the product, it was missing the tongs and velvet bag. I was a little disappointed at first wanting it to be perfect for my husband.I reached out to them at Frederick James and they were quick to respond and send the missing items. Not only were they friendly, resolved the issue quickly, but ALSO had a sense of humor. 😊(Having worked retail myself, I understand sometimes items are overlooked but there is always a resolution to solve the issue at hand.)We received the missing items a few days after reaching out and a hand written note (see pics).My husband is happy with the hand blown crystal glasses and thickness of their bases.
