This is a super cute mat/pillow and it has a little cushion to it. My only complaint would be that after it is washed, all the stuffing inside bunches up and it loses shape. You really gotta work it out to get it round and flattened. Minor complaint but worth mentioning. I washed and dried it on delicate.

The media could not be loaded.  It is cute and looks cute on top of the area rug I purchased. Not as big as I thought but the size in description is correct I just went by the picture . See pic of area rug I bought off amazon with this playmat on top of it (2nd pic) I submitted a video of it draped on the crib also. Depends what you want it for but it’s cute for the theme I’m doing .

Super pleased with our Giraffe play mat. For now we have it beside the crib almost like a rug--which works well for showing scale in the photo. But the fabric is very soft. It is well constructed. And the floppy ears are sure to delight our son when he starts moving around. it matches our decor quite well and I know the photos to come will be great. I will say this arrived in some very sturdy vacuum packing. You'll need scissors to liberate it.

its not for tummy time or should not (in my opinion) be used as a "play mat" its more rug style it doesnt stay in place and if the baby tries to move it will bunch up. we are using it as a rug thing for near my daughters bookshelf and when she gets a little older she can use it to sit on during story time. bu this is NOT a play mat

This mat is adorable and perfect to lay a baby on while playing with a wooden play gym. This is in no way a rug and I would not use it as such because it’s a trip hazard.

This mat is cute and comfortable, looks exactly like the picture. But because of it's sewn, it bunches a lot and doesn't stay flat. The baby just gets wrapped up in it, so it's not super useful in the end.

I was really disappointed in the quality of the rug. We have hard flooring and I wanted a rug for my daughter to play on. It's super small and very thin, not useful at all. Once washed and dried the little bit of cotton on the inside balls up

It’s very cute and soft. The ears flop around so once baby starts rolling over and grabbing things I wouldn’t leave them unattended for a second. I think it would be very cute for newborn photos and as a changing pad. It came in a bag and is very wrinkled so I will use a steam iron on it before giving as a gift.
