These lights look good when they work however the built in, non replaceable led bulbs are complete junk and do not last.I bought 3 of these pendant lights and one by one all 3 failed over the course of the first 6 months of ownership.To replace a bulb, you can't just twist off a bulb and replace. You have to replace the whole light fixture. That's right, to replace the bulb you have to grab the ladder, shut the fuse box down and completely disassemble the pendant. Then you replace the piece shown in my pic with the integrated bulb soldered to the wiring that goes into the ceiling. Depending on the day it normally took me an hour and half to round up the tools, ladder, and swap out one light. If you have to pay for these to be installed you are going to be out a small fortune until you inevitably concede this is a fools errand to keep replacing the lights.I asked for a refund after the first light went out and was denied but offered a replacement. I reluctantly obliged, I hoped that maybe I got a bad batch and accepted I would likely have put 10 hours of time in swapping out bulbs. But after going through 7 lights, yes 7 lights in 10 months I gave up. These lights are absolute garbage because they only last a couple months and secondly because of the design flaw of having non serviceable bulbs.Please do yourself a favor and avoid the aggravation and potential labor cost of having to replace the whole light when it fails shortly after installing. Don't expect any customer service from the company beyond offering to send you more trash in a box.

I love the way these look! Everyone who enters the house comments on them, too. They are made with one continuous cut into a crystal, and the way they refract light is so striking. I have a stainless steel sink under these and they make beautiful rainbows in the sink.My husband says they look like they should be in a cathedral. The light has a beautiful pattern it puts out on the ceiling. The pictures don't do them justice.They light up the room so well, they are in a room without any windows and they are bright enough to really shine.These are unique and look custom.If you don't buy them, you will be sorry you passed them up.

Purchased in March 2021 and both lights went out yesterday 10/24! Not happy about that at all. Have no way of contacting seller for replacement as I don’t think I should have to pay for it after such a short window. I don’t even see a replacement number on the installation page to even try and visit Lowes if led bulb can be replaced. Absolutely loved these pendant lights and was so happy to receive them but very disappointed.

I purchased two lights and they are very nice. They don’t give a lot of light, but if you’re looking for ambiance they are spot on.

this light is solid crystal and is super heavy.it still not installed b/c i am at the mercy of someone.not sure about how much light it throws off.it is absolutely beautiful and made well.

Ordered ahead of time for a new home out of state; boxes opened after return window closed. Two arrived as brushed nickel and one was gold. Please advise.UPDATE: Customer service is outstanding! I had a shipment error on one of my three items. Montoni immediately got back with me and made it right. Highly recommend!
