Super tough
This rope cable is amazing. I built a elevator in my home. Using an overhead winch on a snatch block pulley attached to the chassis. I used the original steel cable that came with the winch.. With a open cage chassis design leaving the top open for emergency escape. The cable was not only very noisy.. But you could feel tiny droppings of metal coating falling off the cable onto you..I was skeptical when a friend told me about nylon winch cables and their strength.. New to me after years of using steel. Plus I'm the application I'm using for.. Safety. I've waited to review after using it daily for a year. I couldn't be happier. Not only is it smooth and quiet. There isn't a fray. Or stretch. Or anything other than looking like the day I installed it. And we use the elevator every day. I'm amazed at it's strength.. Who would of ever thought something like this would out perform a steel cable.. don't be afraid to buy this. It's high quality

Quality check lacks. Good overall.
The media could not be loaded. * see update below *02-08-251st: I like the line over all and will likely use the replacement.2nd: The eye splice tuck should be a little longer with a whipping at the throat just below the thimble. Dyneema is very low friction material. The splice will move and open over time.3rd: Product Quality Checks are evidently poor standards or not done. ANYONE should have spotted these faults in the line.Will see if the replacement is good.* UPDATE 02-11-2025Replacement line is good. 👍Update to 4 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️#2. The eye throat still would benefit from a whipping to secure the splice. See pics.

Great winch upgrade
A great upgrade for my Warn 8500 winch. Much lighter than the cable but still plenty of strength. Very happy

Quality seems good.
It's synthetic winch line, not much more to say. Used it a few times and can't tell the difference between this and more expensive winch line. IMO it's just as good and less money.

Not worth it
Bought this a year ago and seemed like a great deal. Finally got to install it and use it yesterday and it snapped while trying to pull a fox body mustang. That’s only about 3k lbs so definitely not rated for the right weight
