Q: Are these supposed to be soft? a pet parent gave me some and those were super soft. The ones I got were rock hard.

They are supposed to be soft, I've bought 6-10 bags and all the treats were soft and I could break them in half with my finger nail. The last 2 bags (one was a replacement) were all hard as a rock and were dark on the flat ends. Definitely had gone bad/stale.
