Can someone please clear up the quantity confusion - do you get 1 bag or 1 box containing 8 bags??

I've ordered this twice now and both times have only been delivered just 1 ( massively overpriced) bag as opposed the the 8x bags as advertised. Very disappointing

How many packets are in this?

This is a case containing 24 individual packets. These are the small single serve packets at 20g each.

Urely these are "proper" crips, not a bag of frozen chips?

These are Lentil Crisps (snacks) and very tasty. No, they are not frozen.
