Hi, can you ship this to Israel? Thanks.

Hello, I'm very sorry, it cannot be mailed to Israel.

Can one of the straps be adapted to tote binoculars?

I dont see why not. It is a very customizable system & comfortable as well.

What happens when using the lumbar support with two cameras: does it move up and down the back when I lift a camera, or does it stay in place?

Hello, the lumbar support pad is to prevent the camera lens from swinging forward and hitting other objects when bending over.
