Why in the Q&A does it say it measures torque in both directions when it doesn't? How do you report this lie?

It's not a lie generally left loosens and right tightens . You only need the measurement when you're tightening . If you had a reverse bolt you would be able to see the measurement

How can i adjust the granular scale in newton meter? the 15 clicks look like it only matches to 15 inch pounds? i can’t figure out how to set to 10nm.

If it was my project I would find a conversion chart the girls from inch pounds to newton meters . Also if you look on the internet you will find a site where you put in one measurement and it will convert it to what you want I have used it before
