I like this Tea. I would purchase again
My boyfriend has me hooked on this tea. It is common and relaxing and with some honey very delicious. The honey is an absolute must.. decent price. And helps me fall asleep within 45 minutes of finishing it. I would definitely purchase again.

I used to have to take Advil PM, ZZZ-Quil or Melatonin (after a glass or two of wine) in order to fall asleep. My liver was not happy with me, and I would always wake up feeling not so great. I stopped taking those things (yes, even my beloved wine) and went "au naturale" when it came to sleeping. Still, having trouble getting to sleep, or worse; taking at 3am with my mind RACING and unable to get back to sleep!After reading the reviews of this tea, I had to give it a shot. So my nighttime ritual is to make the bedroom as cool as possible, two fans (hello, menopause ughgh), sound machine in white noise, and some gentle soothing music along with that. About an hour before lights-out, I drink one cup of this tea, mixed in with a steaming 1/2 cup of milk.I steep one teabag in about 1 cup of water, let that steep COVERED for about 2 hours; then heat up the milk, combine the milk w/ the tea. The taste is MARVELOUS! For those who have a sweet tooth or need something extra, I'm sure a bit of honey or maple syrup would help.I not only felt sleepy enough to stop reading super early, but, curled up and slept SOLID for many hours; upon waking mid-of-the-night, rolled back over and fell asleep FAST (vs. overthinking about everything).I'm sold on this tea! And it won't do the harmful things that the other stuff did to my poor aging liver.

Best bedtime ritual
Such a smooth relaxing tea. My daughter gifted me hers as she doesn’t like cinnamon but I honestly can’t say that’s what I taste. Just seems buttery to me. Drinking it every night now and this price beats the grocery store hands down.
