and what I like about it is that it is pure yogurt
This yogurt is thick, and what I like about it is that it is pure yogurt; no added fruit. Also, Parthenon Foods does an excellent job of shipping and handling the product.

Fage Total Greek Yogurt
I enjoy this yogurt. It can be prepared in many exciting ways depending on your taste. I like to add fruit, artificial sweetner and cinnamon. Just add your favorite items and it's wonderful.

Acquired Taste
Greek yogurt is an acquired tasted. It is very thick and tart tasting. While it tastes good with toppings like strawberry or honey, the taste is not something that I would choose without any additional flavor.

Smooth Richness
First of all, the cost of this yogurt is ridiculously high, and the shipping fee of $9.15, makes it a foolish purchase through Amazon. That said, Fage is one of the first Greek yogurts I have tried. I lve the flavor of the plain yogurt, and I use it in many recipes. It provides a little tartness, which is excellent in many recipes. The total yogurt is strained and gives the yogurt a smooth richness.I often put fresh fruit of varied kinds with my yogurt, or just eat it plain. I enjoy the plain yogurt at lunch time, I add a few almonds or peanuts to give it a crunch and to add protein. My granddaughter who is four, loves this yogurt. She is used to a Gerber yogurt that is sweet. I was surprised that she enjoyed this yogurt, but she said she 'just liked the taste' .Recommended. prisrob 08-23-13

Not just the Greek's Favorite But Mine Too
Fage Total Greek Yogurt, (500g) 17.6oz (pronounced fa-yeh) is a very traditional Greek Yogurt. Any true Greek Yogurt is plain yogurt, no fruit nor sweeteners added. FAGE is Greece's most popular brand of yogurt. It started being exported in 1998. You can find FAGE in natural and health stores, a few grocery stores across the US and of course on AMAZON. "When you eat FAGE Total, you're part of the ancient Greek tradition of "good living." Cook with it, and you're bringing the healthy Mediterranean lifestyle into your diet."I had never tried Greek yogurt before. I was skeptical at trying it at all for a variety of reasons. First and foremost was the price of Greek yogurt. Plain and simple. I'm frugal at heart, and since I've made my own yogurt in the past, I couldn't see paying the price.I was fortunate enough to be able to try the FAGE yogurt free. Good thing too, as I'm not sure I would want to dish out $4.00 for a 17 ounce container otherwise. The yogurt is very smooth and creamy tasting. I love sour cream, but this yogurt beats out the flavor of sour cream by far. I was impressed by that. I have now decided FAGE is well worth the price.Overall, this #1 Greek yogurt is excellent in taste and texture. If you are already eating Greek yogurt and haven't tried FAGE, then put this on your shopping list and give it a go.See my full review here: [...]

Raiding the fridge for another one!!!
After eating Dannon Oikos, Chobani, yoplait and many other yogurt brands and even Dahi Indian yogurt, Fage was the best, most amazing and wholesome thing I ate. {Warning******Don't eat this yogurt because once you do there is no going back to those other brands!!!} Loved this brand even if it is more expensive, this is how yogurt should taste! Creamy, milky and absolutely delicious. Every bite is followed by another and there are no words to express the happiness I have felt to have a yogurt that appeals to my taste buds with its rich smoothy goodness.
