Doesn't work
My printer doesn't know there is new ink in the printer. This option was a lot cheaper then buying a HP cartridge

Item was not compatible with my HP Laser Jet Pro MFP M428fdw printer.
Item was not compatible with my HP Laser Jet Pro MFP M428fdw printer. Printer cartridge would not work, missing HP memory card. Don't buy it. I missed the 1/31/2020 deadline to return it. Do not buy this cartridge.

Good shopping experience
It‘s a perfect printer for my work. I received this item really well packed. I was a little concerned because it’s my first time to try this one.What shocked me was that they worked just like OEM Toner.
