Don't Buy The Cheaper Part
My old unit was stuck open, causing all kind of problems w/my engine... Code P0128 & Code P1441... Making my truck run on the rich side all the time. Now that I've purchased & installed this Dorman brand. It's working like it should closed when starting up vehicle & opens after it warms up & then it starts purging the vapors from the fuel tank. No more check engine light. Does not pay to buy a cheap knock off part like I did w/the 1st one about 2 years ago, but it worked up til this point, so I've got my money out of it I guess... ✌🏾
