So I got a size medium and my shoe size is about 8-8.5 in womens and it was pretty accurate. I originally got these because a pair of my dr. martens gives me god awful blisters and i needed a barrier so i could wear them for more than 30 minutes. I put them on under my socks so they would have a good grip on my foot but if you think youre feet will sweat it might be best to put them over a sock. As far as protection they really were thick enough to not blister but i ended up wearing them through the house in my socks to change my laundry and discovered they feel absolutely amazing just to wear in general. Ive always struggled with foot pain especially at work and they give a nice squishy padded layer under and around and im excited to try them out in my work shoes

These came in handy for my daughter's new shoes so they didn't cut into the back of her heels. She also was slipping out of her shoes when she had to wear stockings for a wedding, but I added 2 of these into each shoe & she said they were very soft & comfy. So it worked out all day long with no issues & never came off. They stayed put. 2 sets come in a pack & I highly recommend them for not only comfort & support but also if your child's shoe is a tad big on them. These will do the trick. Like I said before just one she was still slipping out to the stockings but when I doubled them up on each other it worked like a charm. I'm actually going to order another pair for myself to put inside my shoes so they don't rip the back of my heel when I'm going to walk around all day.

I bought to help heel pain in one heel when I don't have shoes on in house but need some cushion. Works okay but I used all 4 layered on one side to get enough cushion. Just okay.

I bought these to wear while I break in new boots. I have small ankles and prone to getting blisters. The back my ankles/heels are heavily scared from constant blisters. These worked great so far and I’ve had no blisters. I’ve worn these once on their own with socks with a pair of boots I wasn’t sure about blistering. They worked great and I came out unscathed. I wore them a second time with boots I’ve blistered in before but have been reluctant to wear/break in because of blistering. I took extra precautions when putting these boots on by teaming this with some mole skin and self adhesive gauze to hold it in place (I knew id be walking around a lot) and some nice socks. Everything worked well until I took these off.The self adhesive gauze stuck to the silicone leaving it with a sticky residue. This then prompted a cleaning session as I didn’t want them to get ruined. I want to preface by saying if you wear them alone with socks I’m sure the cleaning won’t be as painstaking as mine was.At first I tried good old fashion soap and water to clean them, but it didn’t get the sticky residue off. So next I had the idea of using some old face washes (one oil and one foaming) to see if that would do the trick. I was worried the oil cleanser would eat away at the silicone so I made sure to use an excess of the foaming cleanser and some regular soap and water to ensure it was completely off. While this trick did work, it took about 3-4 scrubs to get everything off.I air dried them for a day and returned to find the silicone still sticking to itself (not as badly as before) and used some baby powder to coat both inside and outside of each one and they were as good as new.If you were to wash with soap and water, I’d definitely have baby powder or some type of body powder on standby to coat them with, since they’re sure to stick together without it no matter what.

I work on my feet for roughly 11hrs a day and for the past few months my heel pain has been getting worse and worse. In the mornings, sometimes, I'd be unable to walk they hurt so bad. I've been trying different things for plantar fasciitis (self diagnosed 🤷‍♀️)....new shoes, crocs as opposed to sneakers, compressions socks of all sizes and nothing was helping! As last ditch effort before (finally) seeing a podiatrist, I bought these little beauties! They are fantastic!!! They feel strange at first but they cushion the heel great! I've worn them at the gym, all night at work....and after only a few days I've noticed a huge difference. My pain is almost completely gone! They only negative I would say is that they're already getting dirty and wearing but honestly I'd pay for new ones every week if I had to!

Without going into my medical condition, I ordered these heel protectors to help with pressure wounds similar to heel blisters. The silicone protectors, I thought, would form a barrier for my narrow shoes. They were a wee bit large on my foot, but stayed in place when i slipped my shoe on.Later, however, when I took my shoe off, the silicone had rolled and actually took some of my skin with it, tearing it and making my wound worse. TO BE FAIR, I THINK A PERSON WHO HAS FEELING IN THEIR HEEL WOULD HAVE CAUGHT THE PROBLEM. So whereas it is not for everyone, it still could help a lot of folks.

I bought these little silicone feet things when I was working as a brand ambassador for a bathroom remodel company at expos and trade shows. I would be on my feet for 6, 8, 10 hours a day, and these made my feet hurt so much less!I do recommend rubbing them around in some baby powder first, it makes them easier to get on your feet before you put your sock on, but these are a true lifesaver if you know you’re gonna be on your feet for an extended period of time!! No shoe has ever made my 31yr old feet feel this good!!

This helps protect my husband's heel after he was able to back into his tennis shoes post Achilles tendon surgery. But although they stretch to fit after wearing them for awhile the swelling in his foot would be worse. So for now he wears them wheen he is up walking then when sitting down removes them. It would be nice if they came in larger size.

Ho provato queste talloniere per un trekking da 9 ore e hanno evitato le vesciche che purtroppo mi provocavano i nuovi scarponi. Le ho usate a contatto con la pelle ma dovrò provare con un calzino fine sotto per far respirare meglio il piede. In ogni caso sono state in posizione corretta tutto il tempo, se dureranno nel tempo 5 stelle...altrimenti 2
