Ju-Ju-Be Legacy Collection Be Prepared Diaper Bag, The Queen of The Nile

A lot of reviewers said this bag was too big for everyday use and for one baby but it’s perfect for someone who has to pack for a whole day of running around, and or over packs like me hah. I live out in the country and when I leave the house it’s usually for the day so I like to make sure I have everything I need and thanks to this bag I don’t have to carry multiple bags now. I LOVE how open this bag gets and how everything has a place. This is my third diaper bag. My first was a satchel skip hop Chelsea downtown chic, nice bag until I needed to carry food for my daughter and it kept sliding around or falling of my shoulder so I got a back pack diaper bag, which was nice but still not big enough when I had to start giving my daughter bottles. I was reluctant to go back to a satchel style bag but the straps on this one actually allow me to wear is crossbody and then put one tote handle on my shoulder to help secure it in place. It’s actually very comfortable to carry that way and makes it easy to also carry my 9mo old daughter. I’m in love with this bag. I will say that it is big but I would not say it is cumbersome and I am not a big person.

This is my third bag from Ju ju be. I have the BFF, Be Classy, and now this one. I bought this for weekend trips, airplane travel days, and possibly to use as a work bag as it will fit my breast pump with other things in it.I have not gotten to use it extensively yet and will update later when I have. My initial impressions-It is standard Ju ju be quality. The material is beautiful, the hardware is durable. This bag is certainly large as advertised. Mommy pocket= awesome.Things I don't like: the arm straps are not long enough. I don't think I could even fit them over my shoulder if I had a winter coat on. The straps also are flat and very slippery (same material as typical Ju ju be bags). So even if you are dainty enough to be able to fit this bag's arm straps resting on your shoulder, good luck getting them to stay. The messenger strap is quite comfortable and has grip material under the shoulder pad that is quite nice. The gold hardware is beautiful, but I tend to not like shiny metal on things other than jewelry. I anticipate the hardware getting scratched and the hardware being the limiting factor that ages this bag. I wish they would have used a matte finish.And the most important surprise if you read till the end... I had been watching this bag for a while before I purchased it. My son was waking me up a lot for late night/early morning nursings. I went to check out the bag at 3am central time zone and the bag was $50 less than usual- $149.99! I didn't purchase it at that time. But I checked a few more nights as the week went by and saw the same thing. So... I bought this bag for $149.99 because apparently the price goes down in the weee hours of the morning. I have not noticed this pattern with other bags.Please mark if this review was helpful to you. :)

I'm a mommy of a 2yo and 4yo and currently expecting #3.I defiantly adore this bag!!! I have had a Vera Bradley weekender, a jj cole, and a Petunia Pickle Bottom city carryall. And this by far is my best investment!It is big. But since I always have my kids in tow, it's great for us. I am a light packer so I never find it too heavy since I don't over stuff my bags. But with having smaller bags to this, I love having space if I need it. I also purchased the matching Be Quick so if I needed to (which is rare) I could leave this bag in the car. I'm so happy about it!! The pattern is super cute and I love all the pockets! So many I have no idea what to do with 😊Also, being able to wear cross body is definitely a plus. And the insulated bottle pockets are perfect for mine and my children's water bottles. Love it!!!!

Great for a busy mum with Two in cloth diapers! I love this bag. I was a little disappointed the chevron was a little strangely shaped and so small. But for functionality this bag is amazing. I think it's work the money. The extra big main compartment can fit tons, then you have all the additional pockets and bottle holders. I especially like the magnetized flap over the bottle pockets. Also the open pockets are great for stashing extra bits and pieces without having to open the bag. Over all I think this bag is fab.

First jujube purchase and I’m in actual love. It’s a large bag but while everyone is going all minimalist I prefer to have everything I need. I can take it on vacation and have everything I need for a long weekend or airplane trip or i can pack it lightly for day trips out. I really love all the space. Jackets and cups and my jacket all fit

I have been using a skip hop duo and frankly, it was too small and hard to find things. I am expecting another child and wanted a bigger bag. This bag is large and not terribly convenient to carry around Target or restaurants, however, it holds everything we'll need from a bottle warmer, bottles, extra clothes, diapers, etc. It is less bulky than the PPB abundance bag and the fabric and features are nicer. I would recommend getting a smaller bag to hold wipes and a diaper for taking to the restroom.

Got this for my best friend. I almost kept it for myself!. Nicely organized, love the magnetic side pockets. The changing pad is large. Looks easy to clean. The only negative thing I have is that I don't love the print. It's kind of a dizzy print. My friend is a super happy new momma with this bag!

Beautiful bag but it came with the bottom feet scuffed and stuffing coming out of the side bottle pocket. After having baby no. 5 I thought I would need this bag size for all our many activities and outings but it's too big for us. Even for a whole day trip to Disneyland we used a smaller bag. In general I carry 36oz water bottles for each person, change of clothes, diaper, wipes, hand sanitizer, LOTS of snacks and treats, sunscreen, baby carrier, blanket and probably a few other items. I would still have a lot of unused space in this bag. I would compare it to a piece of luggage. I love the big main compartment and how easy it is to see everything but when chasing 5 children I can't have a huge suitcase to lug around. Going to give the bff a try. I tried to capture the scuffs in photo but it's too reflective to come out well

I originally used the Skip Hop Dash messenger bag and found quickly that it was just not big enough to contain everything. I would often have to carry a separate and equally large handbag. I wanted to condense it all in to one bag and looked at many supposedly "large" nappy bags. Frustratingly, none of them were any bigger than the one I already had.It took me about 2 months to finally track this down and was hesitant because of the price tag. I decided to go for it because it looked great and thought it would be perfect for an upcoming holiday. I'm so pleased that I did and I would highly recommend this bag if you have twins or fed up of carrying 2 bags plus a blanket on your shoulder. This will fit everything!If you are after something dainty then this isn't for you! It's a substantial sized bag and pretty much a weekender bag but it really serves its purpose if you're like me and like to take everything incase of that "emergency".I can easily fit 3 x change of clothes, books and crayons for entertainment, blanket, food flask, snacks, 2 drink bottles, plenty of nappies, baby toileteries and still have room for more. My skip hop would be bursting at the seams after nappies, toiletries and clothes.After my last holiday with my toddler and faffing about with my handbag and nappy bag to find all the bits and bobs whilst on the plane, I am now looking forward to taking just this bag and knowing everything is in the 1 bag. Looks stylish to boot. Phew :)

Erst war ich nicht bereit so viel Geld für eine Wickeltasche auszugeben. Dann hatte ich mir erst eine andere Tasche gekauft, war aber immer unzufrieden, da sie mir nie groß genug war. Dann habe ich doch diese große Wickeltasche gekauft - und bin restlos begeistert. Da geht mal endlich alles rein was man braucht. Es soll angeblich eine Wickeltasche für Zwillinge sein, aber ehrlich - dann wäre sie mir wieder zu klein! Ich gehe mit meinem Kleinen zum schwimmen, Pekipkurs etc... da braucht man schon einiges. Hier geht nun endlich alles rein was man braucht. Die Qualität der Tasche ist auch ganz toll. Ich kann sie also uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würde sie immer wieder kaufen. Die Tasche ist ihr Geld absolut wert. Da kann eine 70,- Euro Tasche nicht mithalten (wie ich nun aus Erfahrung sagen kann). Also, absolute Kaufempfehlung an alle die noch zweifeln!!!!
