I like these grinders. I searched for grinders for a long time and decided on these. There seemed to be mixed reviews on every pair I looked at so it was kind of hard to choose, but I landed on these. I love everything about them, but was a little disappointed when the cap to one of them came apart (last photo). I really just need to glue it back together but I think if a product has true quality, it shouldn’t fall apart so soon after receiving it. But it’s an easy fix and I love having fresh ground salt and pepper. It makes food taste 100% better and it will save me so much money in the long run now that I don’t have to buy $6 McCormick disposable grinders. Honestly with how mixed all the reviews for other similar products were, I suspect any other brand wouldn’t be any better than these, so I’m happy with this purchase. They are stylish and I love the little wooden stand it comes with. Makes it easy to transport from the stove to the table. Overall I think these were worth the money and would recommend.

These are still cute as a display in my counter top, but I have to keep an extra pepper grinder in my drawer, since the one in this set just squeaks when you turn it, and nothing comes out :(

Company sent a replacement part for the pepper grinder and it now works perfectly. Love the set!

I lightly rinsed the bottles and grinder heads by hand with lukewarm water. Then the grinders would not work at all. I live in the desert just outside of Las Vegas with very low humidity and let them dry overnight.I see in the supplied leaflet that rinsing the grinder is not recommended. Why on earth would you ever want to put a food product through a device, especially one from a factory somewhere in China without cleaning it first?They are exactly what I wanted appearance-wise but functionally useless if you can't even clean them!I wound up disassembling the heads and left the various parts out on a dry towel over night.Now they are working. The adjustment is so-so in my opinion. I can't seem to get them to put out coarsely ground pepper at all, just goes from fine for super fine.I'm not sure I will keep the set even though they look great. I also wonder if they will work at all in a high humidity region such as Florida being as they are so sensitive to moisture.

I've been using these guys for a couple weeks now. I love the look, and the little bamboo tray is really helpful for keeping the table looking nice. The adjustable grinder mechanism is easy to use.I'd really like to give 4.5 stars, because I had two issues, but they aren't terrible.The first is that when I took these out of the box, the head/grinder part wiggled quite a bit and felt loose. After I filled them (one salt and one pepper) and started using them however, I guess they stabilized because they didn't wiggle anymore.The second issue is that the dark color on the underside of the lid flaked a bit along the edges. So you could see the silver metal underneath. It's not a big issue though, since you don't see it unless you look at the underside of the lid, and it doesn't seem like something that will spread.Overall, I thought they were pretty nice. Not a bad looking set and they do the job right!

Like the style and quality of the salt and pepper grinders. The wooden tray is a plus!

one doesn't work...hard for me to get out to return items

The salt mill (most used) no longer grinds after little over a year of regular use. The plastic internals finally gave way. Shame since it worked well up until now.

Après quasiment 1 an d'utilisation quotidienne, le moulin à poivre ne mouline plus. Le mécanisme de broyage soit disant inusable n'a pas tenu. Encore certainement du made in China. Un flacon de poivre avec moulinette de Ducros fonctionne mieux. Bref peu recommandable comme article.

Per non usare il sale fino che contiene antiaggreganti (cianuro) ho deciso di usare solo il sale grosso da cucina. L'articolo che ho acquistato, arrivato prima delle 24 ore dall'ordine, ben confezionato, soddisfa pienamente le mie aspettative.Ho dovuto capirne il funzionamento in quanto le istruzioni sono solo in lingua inglese ma, è sufficiente ruotare le rotelline in ceramica (!!! stupende) e voilà, ho ottenuto proprio quello che volevo. Ahhh nel secondo macinino ho messo il peperoncino.Lo consiglio a tutti.

Pas grand-chose à dire, ces moulins sont tout simplement parfaits. Certes, à 23 euros, ça peut sembler un poil cher, mais je vous assure que ça en vaut la peine. Le style est simple et beau. Les "lames" en céramique semblent solides; pour l'instant en tout cas, pas de souci. Je n'ai pas vu d'acier inoxydable… ça ressemble plutôt à de la céramique; peut-être que "acier inoxydable" fait référence à la partie haute couleur marron. La possibilité de régler la grosseur est top, et le fait de devoir dévisser la partie moulin du récipient ne me pose aucun problème car je doute d'avoir besoin de faire ce réglage souvent. Il y a une bonne impression de solidité, la partie haute qui contient le mécanisme pour moudre se dévisse très facilement mais reste fermement bloqué, le couvercle s'enlève tout aussi facilement et se remet en place avec fermeté. Vraiment un bel objet.Par contre, la taille conséquente des moulins m'a surpris: j'avoue que je m'attendais à plus petit. Pour se représenter les choses, récipient+moulin, c'est plus haut qu'un pot à crayon ou une pochette de CD (environ 1 cm de plus que la pochette).

Los compré para sustituir a mi antiguo pimentero que ha estado con nosotros más de 20 años. Estos tienen muy buena pinta, son bonitos, robustos por fuera y hasta elegantes, pero han durado no más de 4 usos cada uno, la muela es muy muy muy mala. Nada recomendables.
