Would recommend!
This was recommended for me during pregnancy by a naturopath as I was having issues sleeping. This works wonderfully and the naturopath also said I could give this to my kids - which I have done on occasion and it helps them get good sleep!

This works. With all the stress in the world today it’s nice to get a good nights sleep. There is nothing I dislike about this product. I highly recommended it.

I took these years ago when I found the, at a local drugstore and was bummed when they stopped carrying them so I was really happy when I found them again.

Hylands products work well
I have a husband with PTSD and for a long time he hardly slept at night so neither did I. I had some Calms Forte so I started taking two at night for sleep and it really works well. Since I started taking it at night my night's sleep is uniinterupted and restful.
