Easy to put together

Took her a bit to understand what this new platform/toy was in her cage but after an evening of pondering, she hopped on top of it and over the next few weeks, she would happily nibble at the wood . Nothing really bad to say but I do think the mounting system could be improved. It's just two discs that tighten to clamp down on the cage bars. If there was some grip on the inside it wold prevent it from slipping. Additionally the wood is connected by a single pivot point which sometimes causes the plank to spin. All that said, I would buy again when my chinchilla finishes nibbling this away.

Excellent, sturdy and well made. They are also individually wrapped. My Chinchilla loved them as soon as I put them in the cage. I plan to buy a few more.

Great looking ledges wish the screws were longer as the are really short and don’t hang as sturdy as they should.

Replaced ramps with ledges and my chin moves them! Safe wood to chew and easy to install! Individually wrapped!

The levels are great for my chinchilla. Which the washer were a little larger to add more support for the blocks. Guess I’ll be going to the store to buy those.

I was so very excited to add this piece to my chinchillas cage. Unfortunately when I opened it and tried to install it in my cage the screw inside fell out even with no pressure.. Maybe just wrong piece..
