Review: Value Product backed by Superior Support - I got to say for a value product, the customer support for it was what I expected from a company that charges 4 times or better. It is hard to place blame for damaged products because of how many hands it touches from the factory to warehouse to reseller to the home. I bought this 5 pack really only needing 3 of them, however upon getting the package 1 fan was broken. I wasn't going to say to anything to desertcart, because I figured I bought a value product and more then I needed so why go through the hassle. The manufacturer sent me a message through desertcart in which I figured I would let them know, I was clear that normally I don't even leave reviews or reply especially when I have more then I need. The manufacturer however was insistent on replacing the broken fan, I took a picture sent it over and they sent me one probably faster then desertcart got me the fans. I didn't have to go through a lengthy RMA, send the old fan back or any of the hoops a larger company makes you go through. This experience made me want to write a review. The product itself is a very decent fan, low noise, and good pressure as advertised. The support structure on the broken fan I had obviously had taken a blunt impact breaking the fan off of it's supports. The customer support was amazing, I would certainly buy from them again just because of that.
Review: Recommend - good quality for the price, still use them for my high end pc.

- OPTIMISED FOR STATIC PRESSURE: The fan guarantees extremely efficient cooling, even with increased air resistance, therefore, the P14 is particularly suitable for use on heatsinks and radiators
- HIGH QUALITY BEARING: Thanks to an alloy/lubricant combination developed in Germany, friction within the bearing is reduced and greater efficiency is achieved
- INNOVATIVE DESIGN: The innovative design of the fan blades improves the air flow and facilitates a highly efficient ventilation, the impeller was designed with a focus on minimzing the noise level

## Questions & Answers

**Q: If I take apart a 6pin cable, and use one yellow and one black cable, could I power 13 fans (each fan is 1.8w) or what would be the recommended amount**
A: Mathematically, staying at a conservative 5a of current on a single 12v circuit of 18awg wire, each fan at 1.8w is around 150ma, with 5 amps, or 5000ma available current, you could power 33 of these.

**Q: Can the fan speed be varied by controlling the dc voltage, and if yes, without damaging the motor? (no i am not interested in the pwm version)**
A: Yes you can control the SPEED by changing the voltage (use 3 pin not 4)

**Q: There's no arrow telling which direction the fan is blowing? I might have to return them for a refund. Lame.**
A: The fan blows towards the side of the fan motor supports. So look at the video. See the plastic pieces holding the fan motor? The air is blowing out this side. It is pulled from the side of the fan with no motor supports, where you just see the fan blades.

**Q: Is the power connect 4 pin (with only 3 pins used)? The power extension cables are 4 pin.**
A: Yes.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent fans and customer service!
*by R***R on July 7, 2022*

Ordered a 5 pack and they are fantastic fans. Very quiet and move a lot of air. I am using 2 on am aio radiator and the others as case fans and they perform exceptional in either circumstance. One of the fans had a slight ticking noise and I didn't want to have to return the whole 5 pack to get a replacement. Contacted Arctic customer service and less than 12 hours later they had responded with an email stating that a replacement was being shipped. Great company to deal with!
