Well loved and played with!
I bought these stamps while on sale as I wasn’t sure of the quality. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the stamps were decent quality. While there isn’t much versatility in what stamps can be really used for, we love Disney Princess. My daughter really enjoyed this, it was frustration free, heavy enough for easy carry and placement into paper for an even stamp and very forgiving. I felt that it was age appropriate.

Problems with the ink...
I purchased this kit for my 4 year old niece for Christmas. She was not yet familiar with stamps, but she LOVES arts and crafts! Stamps are durable and a fun collectors item - great for multiple craft purposes over one's lifespan. This is such a cute kit that provides a variety of stamps, pink and purple ink, and colored pencils for coloring in the stamped images. Perfect - right? Almost. I was so disapointed to hear back from my niece that only the purple ink would work and that the pink ink was completely dried up. Small deal to us adults but big deal to a 4 year old. So now the perfect stamp kit is going to keep costing me more time and money as i need to buy a pink refil and additional stamp pads since the pink ink did not work at all. Bummer. Due to this experience i doubt i will be purchasing any more Melissa and Doug ink pads.

Easy to use and hold in hand
My daughter loves this and has used it every single day for well over two weeks. The stamps are pretty big; the colors aren’t super bright, but she doesn’t seem to mind because she can still see them when they are put on white paper. It’s super easy for her to use and hold in her hand.

Great Gift
As a grandmother, I love Melissa & Doug Rubber Stamps kits. They are in a cute wooden box and stamps are high quality and easy for toddlers to use. What I especially love are the washable stamp pads. This particular set includes color pencils which my granddaughter is starting to use. I got the Disney Princess set because she is very into Disney and at the moment, she is loving the Princesses!

So far we have not been disappointed by anything in the Melissa & Doug range, the kids love the toys and we love that they are durable and safe. This one in particular is great as the kids love Disney.
