Work to keep mice out; easy to heave around with the handle.Not as good as Lock & Lock in thickness or the robustness of the locks or the number of locks. L&L has twice as many locks per side.Also, Snapware inserts a piece of cardboard in one corner of the seal for shipping, presumably to manage pressure changes, but the result is that it leaks air at that corner. (You can verify by filling with a few inches of water and turning upside-down.)

Love the size, but one of the clips for the top doesn't snap on super well. I have not called customer service as it isn't a huge deal, but it isn't perfect! Great size and I love the handle too!

I have a lot of Snapware because I love how it works. Protects food, seals tight, freezer & microwave safe, etc. However, I purchased this set of Snapware for an entirely different reason. I will soon be putting together two emergency kits; one for myself and one for my dogs. Mine will contain extra "necessities" like a toothbrush, small toothpaste, water cup. eye glasses cleaning wipes, a few medical emergency items (like band aids and q-tips) and of course my own personal medications. The second one will be for my animals. It will have things in it like their current medications, animal bandaging tape, wipes, and of course their heartworm and flea protection. I keep the lid handy by standing it upright in the container and of course, I love that it has a handle on top. Perfect for pack and go. Easy to carry. Another good use: storing Lego's. Would highly recommend these containers.

These containers are neither leak-proof nor airtight. However, they are very hand, and I can use them for other purposes.

Great size and they work well for both freezer foods and dry foods. Just remember people that any plastic will break when frozen. So don't stack these in the freezer one layer only when frozen.

I don't use these much, but I do love them. One is my brown sugar canister. It easily holds a Costco-sized bagful of brown sugar. No moisture leaks in (or out), and the sugar never clumps. The reason I bought these two 29 cup Snapware containers is because my housekeeper dropped a bowling ball (TRUE STORY) in one of the ones I have, and busted the bottom. The first one had brown sugar in it, and I needed the second one for the left over sugar water from canning plums. So, now I have three ...

I love, love, love these storage containers. A great many of the ones on the market have a huge angle between the top and the bottom--these do not. There is a slight difference between the size at the top opening and the bottom or floor of the storage container, but they are almost square. So you can count on things of a certain size actually fitting. I use them for tools and equipment for metalworking. A container for casting, a container for soldering supplies, a container for copper, and so forth. The size is great and they stack easily on on my storage shelves. Great for artists and crafters.

I don't like giving bad reviews. These containers have grommeted lids with four latches that "snap" onto the body of the container. Out of the box, I observed that one of the latches had completely broken off and was lying on the bottom of the box. Okay...I got a bad one. So I returned it. Then I noticed a crack in the seem of the latch of another container. I would not buy this again.
