So it says 5 and has five in the picture but is that one input and 4 out put or an input on the side and 5 outputs on the front?

Is this wall mountable?

The 8-port variant determinately is wall-mountable. There are slots on the underside that allow the switch to slide onto screw heads. This is typical for soho equipment. I have a cable modem, 3 routers, and this TP-Link 8-port switch wall-mounted in this manner.
