This is the best tool since the hammer and nail. This tool will change your life. This tool will pick up so much hair it accidentally picks up your marriage partner. This tool will de-shed your cat (or other assorted hairy creature, including a hairy human, such as a Bigfoot variant, or myself, a Tinyfoot, with a lotta itchy hair that needs de-shedding, due to hair treatment meds and genetics) so fast that you'll need an extra brush just to catch it before it flutters away on the breeze! I got a green one that says "DIPOO" (lol) that has a little button on it you can use to easily clean the brush of hair that retracts the little nubins. So if you want the DIPOO that one's also great and on Amazon (or was at the time of this review), but it doesn't de-shed like the BEST TOOL SINCE HAMMER AND NAIL DOES!! NOTHING ON THIS EARTH SHORT OF SHAVING YOUR PET WILL, and unless mange is severe that is basically abuse depending on the pet and situation because many pets need their coat for temperature regulation! Really, if the brush had a way to de-shed AND somehow catch the hairs at the same time (like maybe attached to a mini-vac or had a few brush bristles surrounding the main saw-blade-like serrated metal portion (don't be scared by this, though do be careful to use it correctly!), prefferably that had a way to retract somehow for ease of cleaning, I mean nobody would EVER AGAIN USE A DIFFERENT FORM OF BRUSH!!! NO BRUSH HAS EVER BEEN ABLE TO DE-SHED MY CAT UNTIL TODAY. SHE SHEDS EVERY SINGLE DAY AND SHE SHEDS SO MUCH IT'S EXTREME! And no there is nothing wrong with her! She's a cat haha. That's the issue! She's a living, breathing cat with medium to short hair but a very VERY thick, beautiful coat, because she has tufts on her ears despite otherwise appearing short-coated and I think it might be ragdoll, maine coon, or even norwegian forest cat influence (funnily enough she grew up next to a purebred one who was a rescue two times over, RIP Filbert and Uncle A!) Anyhow, this thing is easy to hold, durable for life, simple, beautiful, never needs cleaning other than a quick swipe (and maybe it'll get rusty down the road but not yet and that can be fixed as well), and it's fairly inexpensive. This brush is just PERFECT other than the issue which can be fixed by having two brushed and using them one after the other in quick succession, which you might do anyways because normal brushed are so MEH!!! GET. THIS. BRUUUUSHHHHHH!!!! Bonus: cat pics. As you can see she is smiling, shiny, happy, and better with this brush in her life! She BEGS me to be brushed now!! Before she never cared for it!! Also, fyi, I get at least 2-4 clumps of hair when I use this thing. Every time! PS: The brush is ALSO great for getting hair out of OTHER surfaces, or moving it into one area so you can easily pick it up with a sticky roller brush or a chom-chom! After using chom-chom I can say I prefer traditional roller but chom-chom is good as an addition to save money, and I'll do a chom-chom review soon too. Wow! The SleekEZ Cat Brush is really easy to use, and it works great! It's the best cat brush I've tried to remove excess hair, and I've tried A LOT of brushes. My kitty has mid-length hair - not short, but not long. She has been shedding like crazy since it started getting warmer out, and it causes hairball problems as well. This brush really helps get all of that extra hair off quickly, and easily. She likes it too. It's compact/handheld, lightweight, durable, and portable. Overall, I think it's very well made, well designed, and high quality - worth the price. I highly recommend it!

I use it on my long hair cat and it works wonders. So much hair came out that I thought the brush was shaving him. The wood handle is better to hold than I expected. One issue I’ve come across is that sometimes the hair comes up to the handle and you end up gripping on to some cat hair. For any pet parent concerned: This is NOT a blade! For the sake of science, I ran it through my hair in hopes I would not go bald. Safe to say, I still have hair. It did not cut a single strand.

Works well and gets a lot of undercoat even on a short hair cat. Can be a bit rough so use appropriate pressure.

Amazing cat brush! I was skeptical when I first got this brush, but my cat is in love with it, and takes off so much needed hair for him, and helpsnwith his dandruff! I'm very happy I got this, it works wonders! No doubt, that it is amazing, and you should get it! The price point was decent as well. It's easy to hold, and use, and it's small, so you can easily put it away.

AMAZING!!! I have 3 cats that enjoy being brushed everyday with a flat top brush that has a button you press to remove the hair. As soon as this arrived, I took turns in each cat. I was amazed how well this works and how much they enjoyed it. My cat Ollie always enjoys his daily brushing but using this was the pinnacle of happiness to him. He licked my other hand the whole time I brushed him with his sandpaper tongue until it was raw😂 The amount of fur that came off of him was shocking as I had thought my other brush has always done a great job but it was no match to the amount of fur that came off using this little gem. This brush is so easy to use and fits perfectly in your hand. It’s also very well made. I’m so happy I purchased this and so are my kids. Don’t hesitate buying one of these. It’s well worth the price and the results are amazing!

While this brushing seems to de-shed and remove tons of hair, after a few uses I realized it was literally cutting and removing my cats fur!!! Maybe I got a little too carried away and kept applying the tool to the same spot over and over. So it’s possible user error? But I’d suggest only taking a couple swipes to the same area and then moving on to another area. Do NOT continually brush the same area! See photo - you can see my cat’s skin on his back peering through on center of his back due to all the hair removed. And my cat has a ton of thick hair. Also, the tool itself has sharp, teeth that can absolutely cut the hair. See photo. I will still use the tool but I will be very careful going forward.

This has been great for a small terrier sized flat coated heavy shedding rescue dog. It seems to have got rid of all of her street/dog shelter thicker coat, leaving a shiny soft coat. She finds it very calming to be groomed with this and I have a massive reduction in shedding everywhere. Thank you!
