I love this gluten free bread. It’s the only bread I eat now. I love it toasted or untoasted for sandwiches it’s very versatile. It’s very soft and tastes wonderful. I always keep it in the freezer until I’m ready to use it I will be buying more soon.

Taste really good, now I can eat bread without feeling guilty!

Terrible, flavor , texture

Guess I wasn't looking hard enough, but many Katz products have recently become a staple for me.. Tried gluten free pizza dough from another vendor and the oil they used gave me a reaction. It can be very discouraging. Katz are a bit on the pricey side, but what other options are there for people w/ food allergies? I get no reactions to their products and it's very satisfying to have a reliable bread on my menu again. Minus one star for the packaging on every thing in the world since I became a senior citizen w/ arthritis. Wth?? Why is it so hard to get into everything for old people now? Gluten tolerant people will have long moved on if they try to break into this fort knox. More bread for me if I can can bribe some child to open it for me.

It has a good taste but it easily falls apart. Not good for toast or sandwiches. It was fresh with a fair texture. I think it overpriced and wouldn't but it again.

This gluten free bread has great shelf life and is sliced thin to fit in toaster’s. Also has great texture and priced fairly well for gluten free bread! I find this bread to have great consistency, fixing sandwiches!

An excellent product. I will be ordering again when I run out.

Flavor is better than most of the Gluten Free breads I have tried before, the texture is also superior, but it falls apart easily, both toasted and untoasted.
