PowerDot 2.0 - UNO - Smart Electric Muscle Stimulator - Smart TENS Device (Red)

It has been effective in relieving hamstring syndrome and cramp fasciculation syndrome. I'm amazed quite frankly. I have found the pads to be effective for much longer than the maker claims - I have been using the original pair for over 40 times and they remain effective with plenty of tacky substance still on the back. It may help that I'm female and have smooth hairless legs. I wish I understood more about the programs - what settings they are using, but PowerDot keeps it a mystery with vague descriptions like 'Wellness' and 'Focus On' but even so, the results are all very good. I recommend the PowerDot from my experience.

Hugely misleading description neglects to mention that the Powderdot system uses consumable pads which need to be replaced every 25-30 uses, and are super expensive. This is not normal for TENS type systems.

This item has been working for me and my active recovery for muscle pain, my partner has also been using it for pain relief for pregnancy as well, i have had it for over a month now and the only issue i have is that the pads to not keep there stickiness well and have to change them often, if the phone app is not close enough to the pads whilst being used connecting will be lost, there is no reconnection button and you have to start the process again, can be really annoying if your close to finishing but have to restart. Stimulation strength is really good and has made a difference to my core strength and lower back issues.

Didn’t come with the electrodes or power pack.

App is glitchy. Device frequently needs re-pairing for me. Unusable without app. Disappointing.

Same problem as other users. When it worked it is amazing. Stopped being able to pair after Apple update and now useless. Tried their support who came back quickly but no solution aside from the soft reset you can see if you google. Also ordered new pads prior to it working so not best pleased. However their customer support is really good so I will change my review as basically when it works it is mindblowingly good.

Ich kenne so Geräte vor 10-20 Jahren aber da hat sich viel verbessert, mich voll überzeugt, auch mit der App. Was schlecht ist, nirgends gibt es aktuell die Pads zu kaufen.

First time using a unit like this and it worked great to help heal chronic heal pain I’d been battling. Also have used it for recovery. Appreciate how easy it is to use. Sometimes the signal drops but overall it’s definitely worth it.

This device provided great pain relief until, shortly after purchase, it was eviscerated when the charging cord was gently removed. With the port and wires on the device’s exterior, it became useless. The seller was contacted. Proof of purchase was provided as requested. After that, radio silence—no further response whatsoever. Save your $200. Yeah, it feels good. But if it can’t withstand charging? Grab a TENS from CVS for less than 1/6 the price. It won’t have the fun Bluetooth aspect, but it will work—and if it doesn’t, you’ll be able to buy 5 more for what you spend on this device from a company that offers zero customer service when their devices fail when new. Additional edit: despite a dissatisfied review detailing issues and providing proof of sale, NO remedy or refund was offered. The Dot landed in the garbage after a handful of uses. I have EXTENSIVE experience with both TENS and electric stim used in physical therapy and chiropractic; I’ve been using TENS at home since it was cutting-edge new in the early 1980s, and have had higher stim in therapeutic environments. This device IS effective. But mine was faulty and I was offered NO customer support. If yours works well—great! Maybe you’ll be happier. I wouldn’t gamble on it.

Ich bin seit 6 Jahren regelmäßig in einem EMS Sportstudio und weiß um die großartige Wirkung von Elektrostimulation auf die Muskulatur. Maximalkraft und Kraftausdauer wurden deutlich erhöht. Vom Muskelaufbau und der Fettreduktion (zusammen mit veränderter Ernährung) ganz zu schweigen. In Kombination mit Cardiofitness (bei mir regelmäßiges Laufen mit Intervalleinheiten) absolut empfehlenswert. Dann las ich einen Artikel über die Wirkung der neuen kleinen EMS und TENS Geräte. Ich war skeptisch...soll das tatsächlich funktionieren? Ich steh auf so neue Ideen, wollte aber nicht gleich das Geld in ein PowerDot Duo investieren. Also bestellte ich ein Uno (ein Gerät). Hätte ich mal gleich zwei (als Duo) gekauft.... Meine Schwachstelle ist die Achillesferse. Sie muckt manchmal rum und meine erste Anwendung des PowerDot war nach einem Lauf. Die Pads hielten prima. Die App gibt Tipps zu Anbringung. Ich hatte meinen gefühlten (subjektiven) Schmerzgrad angegeben und ließ mich überraschen. Das Zucken und das Gefühl das selbst harmlose Stromstärken verursacht kannte ich vom "großen EMS". Was mich dann wirklich überraschte, war das Gefühl hinterher. Nicht nur eine deutliche Linderung war zu spüren. Mein Sprunggelenk, die Sehnen, alles fühlte sich erholt an. Mittlerweile nutze ich das Gerät regelmäßig nach dem Sport. Entweder zur Schmerzlinderung, zur Entspannung (Wade, Oberschenkel) oder zur Stärkung meiner Lendenmuskulatur. Selbst meiner Frau konnte ich schon bei ihren Verspannungen im Schulterbereich damit helfen. Ein tolles Gerät! Mittlerweile habe ich aufgerüstet und ich betreibe zwei PowerDots parallel. Spart Zeit und fühlt sich ausgeglichener an. Zum Muskelaufbau helfen m.E. nur Ganzkörperübungen oder der Gang ins Gym. Man muss schon noch vom Sofa runter, um sich zu stärken....Aber zur Schmerzlinderung und Massage nutze ich das Gerät gerne und erfolgreich. 5 Sterne von mir!

Ich verwende den Powerdot aktuell um Muskulatur wieder aufzubauen bzw. nach dem Training schneller zu entspannen. Es gibt dazu viele sehr einfach Anwendung in der APP, die ich persönlich nutze. Es gäbe noch die Möglichkeit sich selbst die Werte alle einzustellen, ist aber nicht so sehr mein Ding. Insgesamt macht es also was es soll und das sehr zuverlässig und simpel in der Anwendung. Lieferung hatte auch problemlos geklappt. Insgesamt also volle Punktzahl
