RETCH is a wretched product for my printer and my printer is wretched for trying it. This is my updated story.I received and installed the cartridges on August 15 and promptly installed them on my printer. The genuine cartridges were showing the signs of ink depletion nonetheless the printer was working fine until I installed the "new compatible" cartridges. But when I installed RETCH cartridges, I only saw errors where the printer continuously purges the ink (if you've owned inkjet printers, you know what I'm talking about). You can compare it to someone throwing up the poison in their system. I was like the Munchausen parent who keeps shoving the poison into their printer kid and wonders why it is not working like it used to. But hey, I got two more sets that I will try until the printer prints properly.After trying out all three sets of ink and with no success, I ended up with a finicky printer and a messy hand. After more than a week of posting this review, I got an email from their representative requesting me to remove my objective review. They offered a refund after four days of IF I remove this review which would have been great if that would bring back my lost time. Removing this review will not revive my dead printer and may just mislead other deal hunters in trusting a product that claims compatibility.Moral of the story: Deals, whether good or bad, will help you achieve what you need in the long run.

Update: customer service called me back and fixed the issue. The product is good, besides my experience, the ink is great and prints very clear. I purchased this ink and received it on August 22nd. I tried to install the black photo ink to find out that it does NOT fit in my printer (HP Officejet 4620) although it clearly says in the description that the ink is compatible with my printer. I installed the black ink and it did fit, however after 20 pages of printing, my pages began printing as if I had no black ink. I decided to call customer service to figure it out. A lady answered and when I explained my issue she helped me with the black ink not showing issue, however, when it came to the photo ink she told me I should learn how to read the description correctly and make sure that my printer used photo ink. The audacity of this lady to tell me I should learn how to read! It clearly says that it is compatible with my printer and it is a package deal, therefore it should work with my printer. I told her that it was rude of her to tell me to learn how to read and that it is obviously not my fault as I read the description, the reviews and product information. I gave her a fair chance to fix it and she stood silently and rephrased the fact that it is MY fault because my printer does NOT use the photo ink and that I should have read it before purchasing. I am extremely upset to have been treated like that. No solution was suggested or even an option. Very rude! I am not a person to complain or write negative reviews, but bad customer service is unacceptable.

Did they install correctly?...yes But here is the glitch HP will not accept these ink cartridges. Yes I went into settings and yes I used the default over ride with no ink information setting. Did it go thru the motions of printing yes! However, it just will not print dark and that is kinda sad. I will not be returning them because it is just too problematic. I do not feel it is not the sellers fault. However, I should of read the reviews that many people had this issue. I would never buy an HP for that reason again.

So far, this is a great, quality product. There are 3 packs of ink. My HP printer didn't like them at first, but I shut it down and rebooted. It accepted them when I turned it back on. The cards I printed came out bold and bright, no smearing. Great product, Great price.

The product packaging was very impressive. As one of the other reviews stated, one of the black ink cartridges was not the right size and would not fit the HP printer. I had the same issue. After reading that, I examined another black ink cartridge and noted that the size was different from the one I opened and that one fit the printer. Quality control can be better because I cannot use that mis-fitting black ink cartridge. There may be others in the pack. I will probably try a different brand after use up these cartridges and depending on the number of mis-fitting cartridges I come across.

There are 3 sets of ink cartridges. It looks very similar to original ones and very easy to install. You would get a warning from the printer, but please don’t worry. They work exactly like the original ones and I think the color is even more pretty. We love this ink very much. Definitely cheaper than HP ones, but similar quality.

I have an Hp 7525 despite what their website says it will the cartridges do not work in an HP 7500 series. There is a slight difference in the ink cartridge size and the printer refuses to acknowledge them. A huge waste of money 😣

I was going broke buying HP brand ink for my printer. I was at the point where I was going to buy a new printer that had cheaper ink, even though my printer works fine. So I was on Amazon and discovered this aftermarket brand ink, super cheap, and figured what did I have to lose? So I installed the new cartridges, and everything went fine. I did have to reboot my printer, but everything is good to go. The quality of the ink is exceptional.
