UPDATE: Just ordered another engraved set for my oldest grandson to replace a set I ordered for him last year from a different seller. That set came in a damaged box and it couldn't be engraved, due to the coating on the pen/pencil. There was nothing in the description stating that when I purchased it and even though it was not engraved, they would not let me return it when I couldn't find anyone to engrave it. But with this seller, I cannot say enough good things! The orders are shipped quickly, the engraving is beautiful, and the customer service is outstanding. I have 2 more sets to purchase for graduations, and will only order from this seller. You can buy with confidence! I purchased a Cross pen/pencil set with engraving for a graduation gift, and it shipped the same day! I was worried it had not been engraved, so I contacted the seller and they replied right away and assured me it had been. It arrived on time. The set and engraving are beautiful! I will be buying at least two more sets from this seller. The price, the product and the customer service are all excellent! This is by far the best experience I've had with Amazon!

When I graduated college, a friend of the family gave me a set of pen and pencil and great with my name. I always loved it and have since given the same gift to the different graduates in my life. They turned out beautifully and everyone loves them. It's a fun, thoughtful gift.
