Love this. So smooth and moisturizing. Absorbs into the skin quickly and cleanly. It’s not sticky or tacky at all. I really do feel it makes my eyes look brighter. I use this one in the morning and a retinol one at night.

Great to keep the area under the eyes moisturized. .

I have used this product for a few years. At an older age, I don't know if it has actually helped but it does not irritate my eczema around my eyes, as many other products do.

I have not used the product long enough to comment on its effectiveness, but it is pleasant, easy to apply, and hasn't bothered my eyes like some eye creams do. However, I must comment on the delivery (although not likely the fault of Neutrogena). The box containing the tube was completely flattened and battered -- I was amazed the tube was not damaged. It also took 11 days to arrive. I will likely buy this again, but only if there is another delivery source.

I really like this eye product. Since needing to change to hypoallergenic, I am pleasantly surprised by it's effectiveness!
