This is a very thorough and thoughtfully written book. Ms. Kincman is one of the premiere educators of stage managers in this country and we all have something to learn from her.

Honestly, better than any class could offer. Concise, precise and exactly what every stage manager should have. It tells you what to do and how to do it. A little pricey, but well worth it and an investment you will make many times over.

My first look through this book and I can tell you that I will use it for my next course on Stage Management. It even talks about formatting documents on the computer. The content is extremely relevant and up to date, which is difficult to find in a stage management book. So far so good.

This is the best stage management textbook out there. It is modern and relevant. There are visuals and templates to use every step of the way and the book progression logically follows a production's lifecycle. I went through three other books when teaching my college stage management course before Laurie Kincman came out with her first edition. I was so happy to finally find a book that would aid my teaching. Worth every penny!
