Olay Regenerist Luminous Overnight Facial Mask Gel Moisturizer with Vitamin C & E, 4.5 Ounce Packaging may Vary

I've been using the Olay Regenerist Luminous overnight mask for couple weeks now. Prior to purchase, I thought maybe this product wouldn't be suitable for my skin as I'm in my 40's and I'm looking for moisturizer that offers more moisturizing properties than your typical moisturizer geared for those in their 20's or 30's. But after reading so many rave reviews, I decided to give it a shot.The first couple times were disappointing as the 'gel' felt like it just sat on top of my skin and didn't seem to be doing anything to my face except to make it sticky. I was about to give the product a negative review but decided to read other reviews to see if others experienced the same outcome as I have. Sure enough, many of the two star reviews mentioned the non absorbency and stickiness of the product as their reason for the poor review. Then I stumbled on a 5star review that mentioned massaging the gel for better absorbency. Intrigued, I tried that and voila!!Massaging the gel for approximately 10 seconds ensures the gel is absorbed deeply into my skin. I massage in a circular motion on my cheeks and in an upwards motions on my temples and forehead, just like my esthetician does when she gives me a facial. No more stickiness and my face is glowing from using the product 2x a day for 10 days now. I use this product as a base moisturizer under my BB cream in the morning and also as a night mask before going to bed. My face now feels deeply moisturized and my bare face has a look of dewiness I haven't had in years. I'm just amazed at the effectiveness of this stuff! And here I was about to throw it away. I'm so glad I gave this mask a shot!!!

I have now been using this product for 8 weeks now. Now that I have been using it every night, I am ready to write a review. I noticed a difference in the hydration of my face right after the first night I started using this product and after the first week my face started to have a very healthy glow to it. This glow sometimes happen during ovulation too but I kept using it and after 8 weeks, my skin tone has evened out, I do not notice anymore unevenness from dark spots. My skin looks lightened and very smooth too. I am in love with this product.When you first apply it, it's very liquidy so I just kept a uplifting massage until it dried out a bit. This massage helps too I think. After 8 weeks of religiously using this even night, I still have over half a container so that might last me for another 8-12 weeks or maybe even longer.

I have been using this item for about 6 weeks. For reference, I'm 34, fair, and seeing a few signs of aging (a little uneven tone, some very fine lines around my eyes.) I have noticed over the past 2 weeks that my skin just looks better. It's definitely more even, and more smooth. I certainly wouldn't say I look 20 again, but definitely having good skin days every day.I don't find the smell of this product unpleasant, and don't experience any tingling, as some other reviewers have. I have skin that is a little sensitive, so anyone who is not *very* sensitive should be fine with this product.I've seen a few people asking if their age group is appropriate for this product - I would say in general 20s-40s will benefit from this product. My skin leans towards dryness, so I anticipate that I will eventually (in a few years) need to move on to a richer, more dense moisturizer. However, everyone's skin is different so if you have normal skin with mild oiliness or dryness, no matter your age, this should work well for you.I have been using this product in conjunction with the Yves Rocher Wrinkles and Radiance Ultra Smoothing Serum, and it seems to be a great combination!

Hands down my favorite moisturizer. I used to buy this locally in-store; however, it's becoming more difficult to find and is less expensive on Amazon. I was skeptical of quality purchasing it on Amazon but threw caution to the wind. When I received it, I noticed the package was very dusty and worn. I became concerned about how old this product was and could not find an expiration date. The seals looked intact on the box so I proceeded to open it to inspect further. As soon as I opened it, I realized it did not have the usual plastic shelving unit in the box that the jar sits in to secure it. This concerned me that I got something that had previously been used and resealed. When I opened the jar, it was the right consistency, color, fragrance, and smell. The jar was full and appeared to not have been used previously. So, despite some of my initial concerns, I am extremely pleased with my purchase. This moisturizer comes in a large jar for this price point. It does not take much moisturizer to make your face feel soft and look dewy. It absorbs well and does not have a greasy feel to it and finishes with a matte look. It moisturizes my dry skin very well. I use it each morning after putting on my serums and it wears well all day long, despite being toted as an overnight mask. Amazon's price can't be beaten on this at any local store. I highly recommend this purchase!

Si la metes al refrigerador y la usas en verano ahora que el calor es horrible, sirve perfecto para hidratar por las noches.La volveria a comprar ya que si bien no soy fan de las fragancias, esta se va en seguida y en mi piel no tuve reaccion incomoda a ella.

It has been an incredibly dry winter where I am (usually much more humid all year) so I bought this on a whim to see if it helped, and the results were better than expected. Some reviews mentioned films or non-absorbancy or stinging etc, I have pretty sensitive skin and I had none of these problems. I just used it the way I would use my normal nighttime moisturizer, and I no longer have flaky dry patches.I thought it was pretty pricey, but I just did the math and realized it's about 27 cents per gram compared to my usual moisturizer's 20 cents per gram, which is closer than I thought...AND I usually have to use more of my usual one. A little seems to go a long way with this stuff.At the very least, this will be my go-to winter night moisturizer :)
