Pull Kick

I purchased this item for its portability and also its multiple usage. I will say that it does not have the buoyancy of a full size board, it works very well.I use it at the gym at least 2-3 times a week and it never fails!I use it as a kick board and works well, but does require some effort from your core muscles to keep your head completely out of the water...so kind of an ab workout. As a pull buoy if works well but not as well as your standard or traditional ones. It is very comfortable to use.For swimming on your back and supporting the neck, it is nice! Just the right fit and comfort. It can be used for many drills!I get plenty of looks and questions about it, which I'm happy to answer.I love that it's made by speedo a very good and established brand.For me it's just right. I'm very happy for my purchase.

I've recently taken to the pool to stay in shape, and I purchased this to eliminate carrying two items in my bag.First, the size of this item is perfect. I have a slingbag so it's tight on there already, but this fits perfectly with a big towel, sandals, and swim trunks.As for the performance of this item, it is perfect. Using it between my legs, it keeps me up, just like the other pull trainers I've used.As a kickboard, I didn't notice any difference between this and the full size speedo kickboard. Yes, you have to kick fast, but I've had to do the same with the other ones I've tried.Bottom line: this item does exactly what it's suppose to. It's built sturdy, and easily drys off after use. Perfect for anyone training.

I don't use it as a pull buoy but I imagine the embossed lettering could be rough on sensitive skin. I use it as a kickboard. It's not as buoyant as a full size board (obviously), so it won't hold up your weight. But it's got enough to keep my arms/torso afloat, and it's a great size to grip and keep my head/shoulders/arms aligned. It's the only one I found that fits IN my gym bag.

With it's size, it's pretty good when used as a kickboard. Big enough to place both hands on it and provides great support for them.When used as a pull buoy however it's not so good. If you use to train your gliding, it tends to roll you over. Classic asymmetric buoy would be better in this case. During active movements it works fine, the issue with rolling over only happens on gliding for me.With that, as combo device, it's quite good for the price.

Exactly what I had hoped for. As a pull buoy it does require a little more leg squeeze than a traditional buoy but worth the extra work for the convenience of the 2-in-1 aspect. As a kick buoy it works great when held out in front and away from body but not as much if held to your chest. But I prefer to hold it away from my body so it works perfectly for my needs

I swim about 6-8 miles a week. The swim day i HATE the most is kicks and pulls with this guy. It makes you work, it uses your core, you will feel like your on your 10th lap with a regular kick board on the first 100m. Best water training aid I have bought! My legs have strengthened dramatically. This aid is for the Athlete, not for casual swimmers due to its unique design. It will build strength, endurance, and technique, it is NOT for speed, because of its design you use much more energy to support and propel yourself in the water, and it takes way less bag room! hooyah!

Great as a bouy and paddle board for someone with small hands. I use this constantly. I lost my first one. I missed the first one so much, I bought another. Also, the size makes it so convenient.
