Grandson loved this rocket.
My 5 year old grandson loved this. It comes apart into smaller rockets. Which is good because it's very big and quite heavy for little ones.

Almost infinite playtime options with this brilliant spaceship
This is a very impressive ‘star command’ spaceship toy, with a Buzz Lightyear figure from Toy Story 4, and a good range of complementary toys. Buzz fits inside the front rocket pod, which lights up, and is also easily detachable from the rest of the ship. Buzz can also ride on the four wheel exploration rover. The ship also offers a decent array of lights and sounds, which help create an immersive experience. It is worth mentioning that the pictures don’t do justice to the sheer size of the spaceship. It is enormous! Picture a 5 or 6 year old with their arms full, and you’ll have a good idea. However this is not just another lump of plastic - it is a superior toy which will delight fans of Buzz and of the Toy Story films. This will of course be a wonderful gift for a child aged 4 and above, but it does require adult assembly and of course battery fitting. While the presentation box is smart, it is probably worth taking it out of the box and doing the assembly before giving it to the child, as in my experience they are not keen on waiting even a few minutes while the grown up grapples with the assembly and battery door. The star command spaceship is a well made, exciting toy with plenty to explore and plenty of scope for imaginative play. While it takes up a lot of space, all the extra parts can be stored inside the spaceship at the end of playtime, keeping things neat. I am happy to give the star command spaceship a high recommendation.

Huge with many removable parts. However, impressive
It's huge. Not only the box it comes in, the spaceship itself is huge. It's a bit heavy as well, once taken out of the box and assembled. Btw, there is no way a small kid could figure out, how to assemble and to make it work. You would need an adult and instruction. There're many removable parts in it. The spaceship has a "claw" (like tractor's one), a blaster gun, which can be connected to it or to the rover (included), etc. Impressive lights and sounds, once battery is fitted. Buzz figure is absolutely lovely. There is a lot to play with and you can obviously make up your own story.Although, the description here states it's for 3+, I'd say it's a toy for older kids, 5+, who love Toy Story. I do think that for smaller kids more simple stuff is better, just to develop imagination. My kid can spend an hour making car noises and "driving" around the house, however, might lose interest in a toy that supposed to be "cool" in 5 mins. In addition, this toy has enough small parts, which can be lost, bitten, chewed, etc. right away.I also didn't like the fact that you need to apply some stickers on it. It's 70 quid toy! I've never liked any toys with stickers as they get scratched, dirty, etc. Stickers just look a bit cheap...If you can afford this toy and would like a "WOW" effect on, for instance, relative's a birthday party, buy it as a gift. It looks so massive, so entertaining, with so many features, that kids would be excited just looking at it. Warn the recipient's parents, though, that they would need extra space to "accommodate" this spaceship.Overall, it's a cool toy, but a bit too much.
