This product requires advanced computer skills to even format the hardware for use. You will be on the phone with technical support to make this happen. The wiring connections on the hardware are poor and required two people to try to format the hardware as the harness made poor contact with the plug. Tried to return this item but had no luck with the seller, only offered an email repeating manufacturer information and would not initiate a return. This item was a waste of money for me.
