Battery works beautifully, find a different cable
The battery works beautifully and I never leave home without it. However the usb cable that came with the battery is not the greatest quality. I've had it less than 2 months and the housing is already cracked, exposing wires and the mini connector is bent. All of this happened under what I would consider light use. The cable has remained neatly coiled inside the sleeve that comes with the package and has only been used maybe 10 times over the two months.

Worked great Charged a phone quickly
Worked great Charged a phone quickly. It is a little larger and heavier thank I expected. Works great--just won't fit in your purse unless you don't mind weight. Would be great in the car.

One month in - so far so good
Giving it 4 stars since I have had it for only a month. The Anker holds its battery charge for quite a while - even though I have only used used it to charge my iPhone, iPad, iPod and Kindle less than 6 times total for all. It does take a considers amount of time (overnight) to full charge the Anker itself. So far so good.

It only will charge my iPhone 5s 3 times before it's dead, but it does charge it as fast as a wall outlet.

Great product with a quality issue that was quickly resolved
Updated 6/21/16 - the company sent me two replacement cords. They handled my issue very, very well.Had an issue. The company stood behind it and resolved it quickly, fairly and easily. We love the two Anker battery backups. The issue was with the power cords - they seperated from the plug and we had to buy more. I wrote a review about this - www.amazon.com/gp/cdp/member-reviews?_encoding=UTF8&qid=1466547716&sr=13-1-acs.The company responded almost immediately and shipped me two replacement cords to replace the defective ones. They did not ask for the defective ones to be returned. This is usually a sign that they have enough experience with the defect which in this case they had. By their own admission, these are 'new and improved'. I haven't had sufficient experience with these yet, but I will take the company on their word.I am a consumer advocate and take customer service very seriously. Battery awesome..Charger not so much.
Battery is awesome but the Charger stopped working after two weeks. I am a huge Anker guy but this is my first disappointment.I know they would have taken it back if I had noticed the charger sooner but oh well. The Battery is amazing.

it's a great product.
I've waited some time before writing a review on this charger. In sum, it's a great product. . I purchased based on the reviews. Having a 4 1/2 rating with close to 4,000 reviews says something. And in my opinion it lives up to the ratings.Pros: It's a higher capacity charger that holds its charge for quite some time. And the output is on-par. I like the black glossy finish which suits business settings. It's small enough to fit comfortably in a back pack. Great for the business traveler. I've used it to power my iPad and iPhone during long trips.Cons: Its a bit heavy but that's expected. The side butting must be pressed once the device is connected.Overall the Pros far outweigh the Cons so much so that they did not affect my rating of the charger.Worth the money. Go for it!

Charger failed to live up to claims, but was replaced without even having to ask... Top quality service!
Battery continues to work fine, but the included Anker 20W 2-Port USB Wall Charger stopped working after a few weeks use... I am definitely not a happy customer, especially after spending the extra money for the included charger, because it alone isn't covered under Amazon Prime, so now I am stuck with a battery and working no charger for it!Update: Anker truly has one of the best customer support teams around! i was contacted by their customer support and after sending them the serial number of the failed charger, they offered to replace the defective one! Truly this is above and beyond good customer service support! Thank you, for reaching out to me and offering to replace the defective charger... You have one more satisfied customer in me!
