Effective, can be hard to swallow
Was recommended magnesium by GP to help me sleep post menopause, albeit not told what type. These work really well for that and have also reduced my restless legs activity. I feel more alert too bc I'm sleeping more deeply than before. Only downside is they're quite big to swallow, hence 4 stars.

Simply amazing
I've been talking magnesium for ages but only just got this kind and its really working wonders,my whole body feels relaxed and my mood has improved, kinda feels like those happy pills lol 5*

Beneficial
Used these tabs for a year or 2 now and feel I have benefited from them. Use them for night cramps and work well. Like the packaging as i decant into a small bottle. I also use a couple other supplements from this range as well.

easy to swallow, tasteless and affordable.
I'm giving three stars as not sure if its working. My symptoms are much the same ie, tired, and achy ( 50's) This is my second bag, so been taking it for a while. I am now in a situation that I don't want to stop taking them just in case they are doing me good. I will carry on as they don't upset my tummy etc and if anything at all they can only do me good.
