Used like new really like new
I ordered two as replacements for my front door. The originals were severely corroded and had started to be difficult to open. The ones I ordered were "like new." One came in the original packing as if I had bought it locally. The other had been repackaged with some components loose in the box; however, every part was accounted for. Easy to install. The holes for the bolts had to be enlarged. I used one set as a "dummy" and it was easy...I just didn't install the bolts. The dummy handles still mounted perfectly. Great price!

Finish does not last but Manufacturer is Replacing
UPDATE: Manufacturer has agreed to replace this product. Not sure why the finish did not last, but at least they are replacing the product. Still a hassle but better than the alternative. Original Review: Installed the summer of 2016 so not even 3 years old yet. Doors are in a covered protected area. The finish has literally peeled off. Now looks 100 years old and needs to be replaced. The price for double doors was close to $300.00 and I do not feel like I got my money's worth.

Both were perfect in terms of look
I ordered two of these handle sets. Both were perfect in terms of look, quality of finish however one was faulty. I have returned one and awaiting a replacement but the cost to resend the faulty one back has certainly made me rethink purchasing such items overseas. So far, customer service and the process for returning/exchanging items from Amazon has been great.

It Works
It works without any sticking or other issues. It was a tad smaller than the Kwikset that it replaced, but hopefully a better lock. On the other, the knob literally just came off. Hopefully, this one will wear better than that!

Beautiful handle
This handle is great. I love the color, and it was very easy to install. Bottom of the handle can be adjusted slightly to fit to pre-cut holes (not sure if that is standard or not, this was my first handle install).
