ABSOLUTELY a HUGE hit with our kids! Assembly was terrible because the instructions weren’t very clear, but it’s a very solid piece!

Great structure for our kids; 7,4,1. I think best for 2-5 but still good for something to do indoors. Assembly instructions could have been clearer, maybe with some letter/number coordination. But otherwise fairly easy to figure out. We used an electric drill to assemble faster. Once everything is put together, it's very sturdy. No hardware sticking out as noted by another review. It is a little smaller than I envisioned, but measurements are seem accurate. Compared to other wooden play structures I think it's a decent price. Overall we are very happy with it.

My Akvarelka Indoor Jungle Gym arrived with a very broken rope ladder. The box that it came shipped in was in good condition, and the wrapping of all the parts was done well, which leads me to believe that the rope ladder was shipped with cracked wood. This should not have passed Quality Control! Also, the bag that holds all of the hardware had ripped open (they need to separate out the hardware, it's just too much for the bag that they use), and so I had screws strewn all over. Luckily, whomever did the wrapping of the items did a good job, so the screws were contained within the clear wrap. I emailed SportBaby_SI at the email they provided in their instructions and have yet to receive a response. I was hoping they could provide a replacement as there is absolutely no way that I can have my little guy climb on this, but it may have to get returned if there's no way to reach them. Again, there is just no way that this should have ever been shipped like this. Very disappointed!

I have three 2 year olds. They climb all over it. There are several wing nuts sticking out that it’s only a matter of time before one is injured by them. Instructions are very limited so I basically built it with help of looking at the color photo on Amazon.

I never leave reviews but I was very impressed with the customer service from Sport Baby. When the unit I purchased was missing a few pieces (hey we're all human) they shipped replacements from Europe in time for me to finish assembly before my son's birthday. He loves it! Thanks!

This is a really great indoor play set. My kids (6 and 1) have been obsessed. The set is solid and sturdy. Cons: not the most fun to assemble. I recommend having a drill with Allen wrench bits, because the dinky little Allen wrench that comes with is a nightmare use and you will hate yourself after the second ladder. The only other criticism I have is that some of the pilot holes on the rungs were not drilled deep enough and we ended up stripping several of the screws. Even still the set is study and stable.
