I would have rated this book as 5 as it is certainly informative. However, the problem I have experienced is that it was quite expensive for the digital format and I am having problems with illustrations (tables etc). I wished that I had bought the hard copy which would have been more appropriate for my needs. I would recommend the book but to think twice with regard to the format purchased and the device that it is being read from - mine is a basic Kindle. Thank you
