Shoe GOO Black 3.7 OZ

Bought this to repair 3 pairs of Teva sandals that were coming apart. Kinda messy to work with but repairs made the sandals good as new. This is much more economical than buying new sandals.

My sons are landscapers. They go through shoes so fast! One pair of his new shoes, after one hot day on the blacktop of an account, has the glue off the sole melt away. This glue fixed those shoes over night and they are still holding up fantastic! My other son’s waterproof boots had gotten a couple small cracks and seems lifting. Quick fix with this glue. Saved on having to buy 3 different pairs of shoes! Tip: let dry out doors for 1-2 days, if possible, as fumes are pretty strong.

Best product I have found to fix rubber soles on shoes. Lasts a long time if surface is clean before you apply it

Does what it should. I used it to cover a spot that wore out from skateboarding. I’ve also used it on the bottom of my shoe to cover worn spots before they become holes. It lasted a week or two before peeling at the edges and wearing down but that seems expected

I uses this on a pair of Neo Overshoes and it worked well. I used a plastic knife to spread it out on the area. It does have not a great smell but I don't think it was that bad (not acetone levels at least) . It seems to be holding well in the frigid weather. A little messy just wear gloves and be prepared for accidental drips.

Put newspaper down on your work area, this is very sticky stuff. I use a toothpick to push into gaps, to smooth out the surface you could use a wooden popsicle stick. Recap just tightly enough to make a good air seal between the cap & tube, to keep the contents from drying out. Excellent product, I've repaired 15yrs old work boots many times with it. On my 2nd tube.

Seems to work as advertised. Only one walk in wet environment so far .

I remember this product from when I was a kid and thought I would give it a go again on the 4 pairs of tennis shoes I had lying around. I play tennis and drag my right foot while serving so it rapidly wears down the sole of the shoe. And I have to replace the entire shoe even though its all good except for the one worn part. I cleaned with alcohol and buffed the area with sand paper before application. Then applied three thin layers. It dried well and looked promising. However, after about 5 minutes of actual court time the application completely wore off. The shoe goo is simply not hard enough to stand up to a tennis court and the rigor of stop and go motion against a rough surface. I think for a walking shoe, running shoe or anything where you go in a straight line it might work pretty well. But it does NOT work for an actual tennis shoe.

Blöd.. wie ich war schenkte ich dem Skateboardkiosk vertrauen, weil ich davon ausging dass es sich um einen Skateshop handelt der Sachen für Skater vertreibt. Habe mich wohl geirrt.. der scheint auch zu der großen Autowerstattkette zu gehören mit den drei roten Buchstaben. Schlimmer noch: den mir gesendeten Gegenstand "automotive goop" vertreibt er auch noch selbst günstiger.

Realmente esperaba un superpegamento que no se desprendiera en una suela de zapatos para corregir el desgaste natural, pero no fue así, es un pegamento como cualquier otro, no esperen que al ponerlo sea un parche permanente, se cae fácil con el uso.
