AC.) NB: Older reviews mentioned mislabeling on a previous version. (?) If so, this has been corrected. This version is 100% accurate according to Acupuncture Points Handbook, by Deborah Bleecker, and Fundamentals of Chinese Acupuncture, by Ellis, Wiseman and Boss. This is a full body guide to accupressure points, front and back. It consists of three pages illustrated front and back then laminated in such a way that it folds to a convenient single page size. It appears to be sturdy and is put together in a durable manner.

Very detailed. I got this so I could learn the pressure points myself and get into Acupressure & Acupuncture. It also comes laminated.

I got this bc I needed one for my binder, my husband and I incorporate some of this stuff into fun time....and sometimes just to literally help each other relax before fun times. it is very informative, and fits perfectly inside my binder folds right into the rings.
