The media could not be loaded.  The door handle and dead bolt are easy to install and it looks great from both the interior and exterior sides.Unfortunately, the handle on the interior side is very wobbly. I am confident this is NOT due to an error on my part as I have quite a bit of experience installing door handles of different types. After first noticing the issue, I uninstalled the handle, inspected the components and then installed it again. I tested the handle with varying levels of tightness for the machine screws but the issue did not resolve. Along with being wobbly, the handle does not have good tension. In other words, the handle does not seem to have the level of resistance that most door handles have.I will be reaching out to Schlage and will update the review to share how the interaction with Schlage goes.

I don’t usually leave reviews but as bad as this got, I have to say how bad production this is.First the screw hole of one side of the deadbolt lock can’t take all screws in. I have tried more and more and came to a point I scratched the lock. You will need easy install lock if you think of black mat color, and this one will scratch multiple times before you finish the job.After taking the bullet and installed my finally scratched set, my key got locked in completely and no possible way to remove it.I used to read negative reviews and couldn’t believe someone could have negative experience among all the positive ones. But now I question where all the positive feedback came from!!

I bought this lockset for the chrome finish. My previous lockset, which was Schlage but came with a new home, started discoloring within a year. Based on Schlage's website, most finishes are protected by clearcoat (like a car). If the clearcoat is damaged, discoloration will start. The chrome and stainless finishes seem to be able to hold up without this protection and so may be more long lasting.Ignore the paper install instructions and go straight to the youtube videos. Installation wasn't bad (but I'm replacing a recent Schlage with a new model). Once installed, it works fine.

This is beautiful hardware for front doir that works great with a wifi smart lock. You won't be disappointed.

Solid door handle and lock

I had to return the one that was for just one side of the door. No problem getting the one I needed. It is high quality and looks perfect on my craftsman door.

The wife wanted new door handles for the house we just bought (which had 25 year old door handles throughout). I've always been happy with Schlage products and this one doesn't disappoint. The high quality internals makes this a breeze to open and close and we love the new style. I'd highly recommend this to someone looking for a new door handle set.

Knock off piece of junk. This is not real schlage

This front entrance door hardware kit was exactly what we wanted for our home. Easy / peasy to install in less than an hour and very adaptable for a perfect fit...looks great!
