Hi. i bought this cup last week and i don’t know what i’m doing wrong but it keeps leaking. what can do i do?

Try different folds (I do the Labia fold) and listen/feel for a pop to know it’s secure. Watch put a cup in it on YouTube. Also check to make sure you’re emptying it at 3/4 because if it fills all the way up then you will have leaks.

I need the large only when can Purchase that only?

Yes, here you go: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07BJKCVDD

Can the large cup be worn during light days?

Yes. You can wear this for 12hrs on light days. This is medical grade silicone. You will not dry out your mucus membranes. Menstrual cups vary in size and softness - they do not dry out your membranes so no TSS risk. Or get yourself different capacity cups.

I'm looking to purchase a new cup after years of using a diva cup, what are the cleaning instructions first before I purchase? Can I boil this one?

Boil the cup for at least five minutes prior to use, submerge the cup so that it’s completely covered with water. Use tongs, a whisk, or a slotted spoon to ensure that it does not sit or touch the bottom of the pot. Remove the cup and let it cool or rinse with cold water before using.
