Uncomfortable
These pillows were not comfortable and did not work at all for a long trip. The pillows push your head too far forward into an unnatural position. I forgot to return them and now I will probably toss them.Disclaimer: My Model S has the original seats (not Next Gen).

Good for the price!
I wanted to pricier ones, but glad I got these instead. They do the trick, the price is right, and I like them a lot.

Not what they claim
The pillows are not made from memory foam, bad advertisement they're from polyester hair like , and the back strap is white instead of black like the tesla seat which is black,I return them.
