I do love this pillow so far. I have been using it for only a few weeks. It supports my curve in my neck and I am not waking up with any neck pain.I am both a side and back sleeper. I love the fact you can reduce the elevation of the pillow by simply taking a section out from the middle.The pillow is soft and comfortable.

Been having neck problems for over a year. I've probably purchased 10 different pillows and neck rolls. Nothing worked. Lots of the memory foam ones were too dense/hard, too thick. I had two different pillows that have the dip in the front/middle and supposedly keep your spine aligned... they did nothing to support the concave area of one's aching neck. As a last attempt in desperation I bought this pillow. OMG! It's JUST PERFECT not to dense, not to soft... it has a minor hump along the edge to serve as a built in neck roll - then allows your actual head to be down just a smidgen lower down your spine is aligned. I waited one month after using it to write this review to be sure. I almost cried with relief the first few nights. It had been over a year since I slept through the night without neck pain. There are not enough words to describe how this has truly been game changing for me. My Apple Watch tracks my sleep. For the past year... total time asleep averaged 4 to 4 1/2 hours a night... I tossed and turned because of the neck pain. Since using this pillow the last month, my new total time sleep average is 7 hours 25 minutes. IF THAT ISNT PROOF I DONT KNOW WHAT IS

Best for back sleepers and side sleepers. Your heads definitely sinks into it just the right amount so that's perfect. It's a little difficult to sleep on my chest with it though. Amazing quality but just wouldn't recommend for sleeping on your chest i think it would need to be slightly lower despite having a side that's lower which I feel is extremely close to perfect. It's definitely high quality though and helpful to me regardless.

I bought this pillow in an effort to replace a similar pillow that I bought from a no name brand at Khols years ago.It's not the same as my former "god tier" pillow, but it does the trick and is the closest I've found to my old one so far.I'll get a couple of years out of this, or so I hope. Biggest complaint, this pillow ain't cheap.Cooling is a 4 out of 5. Neck support is good. It's lightweight.

I have neck and shoulder pain from sleeping and have tried various pillows, such as, bucket wheat pillow, ergonomic pillow, foam pillow, even U-shaped body pillow. Those works in the beginning but after a while I would get the neck and shoulder pain which end up causing terrible headaches due to muscle tension. I go to the chiropractor and acupuncture to help with the pain, but it only elevates the symptoms for a short period. None of the pillows I previously purchased provided me with proper neck support when laying on my back or sleeping on my side (side sleeper) which is the cause of my muscle tension. I found this pillow, read the review, and decided to give it try. Been sleeping on this pillow for 3 months and working great so far. I get a good night sleep and not waking up to pain any more. If you are like me and get neck/shoulder pain from the pillow you are currently using, give this pillow a try. It is well worth it.

Really enjoying this pillow- I'm no longer waking up because of pain in my neck. Great for back and side sleepers. Highly recommend

Updated:So after a week, the pillow is better. It provides proper support without neck pain which is what is desired. It isn't a dream come true, it's just more like oh it isn't terrible anymore, it's okay now.It wouldn't be my first choice but it's something to consider as an option especially since it's hard to know what to expect from a pillow. If you have a week in advance to just let the pillow sit, then you can consider this as a possible option. Not something to rave about but something that may technically get the job done.-----------I’m not sure if the good reviews are legit. So many good reviews for a very subpar pillow. It doesn’t feel like a comfortable memory foam. The pillow feels very firm and has no give. There is the option to adjust the height, by removing one of the memory foam layers. However it doesn’t do anything for the overall comfort of the pillow itself.Given that this pillow is more expensive than a tempurpedic pillow, I expected more. This really shouldn’t be more than $20. I wish I could return it but since I opened it out of the packaging I don’t think it’s possible.

Great purchase. I've had it cleaned several times at a drycleaners, and after 4 years and nights in over 10 states (I know I know - you're supposed to replace pillows more frequently - so sue me!), this pillow has certainly reached a triumphant end of life. Support is still existent, but its unstructured and doesn't bounce back well. Queue the funeral dirge.Great support, capable of fitting different sleeping positions. This pillow has enough structure (without seeming overly firm) that I can use the very corner to support my forehead and not squish my whole face or inhibit my breathing when I sleep on my stomach. When I'm on my side, the curvature forms to my neck, and since it has more structure than other pillow options, it is great for floor sitting or lounging as well.I was staying at an AirBnB in the summer of 2020 and the host had this pillow. I bought one as soon as I got home. Total game changer for me. It took a few nights of getting used to (maybe 3?) and now I take it with me EVERY time I travel, if I have the packing space. Even one overnight in a hotel a few hours away.If you are thinking about investing in a pillow upgrade, you have my full endorsement. Happy sleeping!
