I bought these as I have migraine which is triggered by eye strain, particularly flicker and glare. I have astigmatism which contributes to the problem. I bought the selection so I could see which colour would work for me. It's been useful to find this out. I can now use one of the colours as a reading overlay - in my case yellow. I've also discovered that a green filter on my glasses / sunglasses would make my eyes more comfortable more generally. So, for a few pounds I've worked out what I need without having to order and return lots of pairs of glasses / sunglasses.I believe these are also useful if you have dyslexia. The mixed pack is a good idea because each person will be confortable with a different colour of reading overlay. They might even help those with epilepsy.

Invaluable for me as a teacher. I have these as a back up when I have forgotten to print on the different colored paper that is required to help the children in my classes that have learning difficulties.They are only small but that’s fine as obviously they can be moved around a page of text. Good for text around a room or things not printed for a specific child but for the class.I do generally get them back at the end of the lesson! Cheap enough to buy again if they go walkabout

My son isn't diagnosed as dyslexic but has many of the traits associated with it and to help with his reading I bought these, we tried them all and yellow works best

I love this product as I have seen how much improved my granddaughter's reading improves with this to help her see the word .

Wish there was packs of purely one colour however it’s decent quality and doesn’t scratch as easily as ones I have bought from elsewhere in past what’s super important ant as I rely one overlays load in order to help my reading in university

I wanted this to go over my ereader, i have prescription coloured glasses but its a very old prescription so am struggling to read with them.This is the perfect size to go over the screen

Love these sheets. I use them to read with books, papers etc and work really well for my dyslexia.
