Kinda pricey, but the grandson loves em. They were exactly as described. Work very well.

We bought 2 sets of these switches for our son to use with the few battery powered Brio locomotives he got for Christmas. The generic passive switches are OK to use with a train you are pushing by hand, but with the battery powered trains, these are a must. I do think they are a little pricey for what they are, but they are Brio quality, and they definitely do what they are supposed to do.

Grandkids have motorized locomotives so these switches are great as they add new dimension of fun in controlling the direction of the train. They love to play with them. Definite must for wooden track layouts (do not have brio, just generic tracks). Well made, worth the price.

Works so well with my 35 year old Brio set. It’s so nice that we can add pieces for the next generation to play with.

High quality as always with Brio, and really makes using powered trains a lot more fun.

the red piece moves easily and these fit well with other brand assorted tracks. We have a variety of brands and Brio is my favorite for our extensive wooden train set. Never had a problem with it not fitting with other pieces.
