This is slightly cheaper in the grocery stores but many have run out during this pandemic. But I know I can trust amazon for this item. Someone turned me into this bread cheese on Christmas Eve. And I practically eat some everyday! It’s soooo good! I cut it up and sauté it in a pan for about 4 mins. I made a homemade sweet chili and garlic sauce to dip them in. Omigosh it’s sooooo good! If u haven’t ever tried bread cheese, it’s similar to a mozzarella and kind of an American cheese blend. Great for dipping in sauces. My friend dips hers in marinara sauce or she puts a fig jam on them. They say u can have them be good in sweet or savory dressings. I’m hooked on my sweet chili and garlic sauce. Very versatile! And yummy too!

Not my favorite, flavor wise, but still enjoyed it. Something new and still tasty.

Lived in Miami for over 10 years where frying cheese can be found at any nearby grocery store. Moved away and have been trying to fry various types of cheeses available in my area with not that great results. My mother recently found this at a local grocery store and recommended I try it because she said it tasted just like it. Ordered it and sure enough she was right. This one comes already pre browned so it's just a matter of putting it in a skillet for additional browning and getting it soft. Yes, it is expensive but this is the only frying cheese I have been able to find in my neck of the woods. If you are looking for frying cheese, then this is it. Highly recommend this if you have never tried it. In my opinion, it is one of the most delicious cheeses you will ever eat.

This cheese tastes amazing and is so versatile for making low carb snacks. I have made “grilled cheese sandwiches” by splitting it in half and putting ham in between the “slices” and crisping on my Panini grill; “french toast” by frying it in a pan until crisp and serving with butter and syrup; “mozzarella sticks” by slicing into strips and browning in the toaster oven and serving with marinara sauce; and I have even put it on the grill to make a crispy charred “bun” for sliders. The cheese does not melt or lose its shape when heated but becomes crispy on the outside and soft and pliable on the inside and it tastes great. It has always been hit and miss finding this cheese locally and now that I can get this through Amazon - I am thrilled that I can always have it on it hand. If you have never had Bread Cheese before - don’t even hesitate - buy this. You will become hooked!

I consider myself a connoisseur of cheeses as I've tried many of different flavors, varieties, and origins. This was my 1st time trying this Bread Cheese and I was wondering what it would taste like. It surpassed my expectations. It has a rich, savory, rich flavor and very easy to consume and prepatr. I lightly heated it on a skillet and it was great. I tried a 2nd portion and left it a little longer but surprisingly it didn't burn, it merely crisped perfectly. Although I do not recommend leaving it to burn on the skillet for long. You can do anywhere between 2/3 mins to max 5mins. You can try it with nice fruit spread, honey, some type of nut or by itself.
